Most unorganized and rude staff around Springfield.
They won’t help you if you have a code and if you lose the code then you have to wait until is available. Also lot of homeless people around and in the dinning area.
Avoid this location at all!!!!

We stopped here for food and a bathroom break. The woman behind the counter was so incredibly nice to my daughter and I. Drive thru was busy (typical of most mc Donald's) but inside wasn't too bad. It was clean and again the woman behind the counter was so nice.
They don't even know how prepared the drinks plus Mc-Tecatos still there asking for money after you pay .

By far the worst McDonald’s in the area… on numerous occasions they are rude slow and disrespectful. Tonight was no different. I placed a mobile curbside pick up order. I sat and waited in my spot for 30 minutes… I finally go inside to stand there and be ignored after saying excuse me at least 10 times. I finally get my things and head back out to my car. I then realize 1 of my 2 drinks was missing so I head back in. I stand there waiting another 10 minutes for some one to acknowledge my existence. The bigger woman worker the expo looked at me several times before proceeding to call me names in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand her. Then when I asked about my drink she told me it was my own fault that it was forgotten… i shouldn’t have had to come in once let alone twice. Stay far away
