This place gets my order wrong everytime we come here there's no sugar in the sweet tea when I ask and they have to have me come back to the counter everytime I come here.

Very interesting place. Everyone seems very on edge, nothing works the way it should, and you'll be lucky if your order comes out right. Half of the customers look homeless so they have a security guard, but they seem a lot more concerned about everyone else stopping here.

This is a weird place. Seating is for more than 70 people as much as I counted, and there's more. They had 12 recepticals. And all of them were off. I told them maybe breaker is tripped of off. They said sorry we can't turn them on. And then I see a rule 30 minutes time limit while consuming food.... What in the world....

I waited for half an hour!! Had to go in just to be met with ignorance and attitude. They just put my order aside and served everyone else. Management doesn't care if they lose customers so why should I bother going to my local McDonald's which is no longer worth the effort. I wont be back. This was the third time, bad service bad food

This McDonald’s is literally trash. The deal and rewards never work. Just because they don’t want to honor them. They are extremely slow for “fast food” and 90% of the time the order is wrong. I will never come back to this location. Change the staff or close this location. Disgusted with the service. If I could give negative stars I would. Get it together

The only reason I'm giving you 1 star because I have to there is no zero option I don't appreciate your drive through person telling me my card declined n left hungry n embarrassed and get charged for order lucky I check my online banking every day so watch out when you use your card dnt throw away receipt for few days n check ur account really shady

told them i had a code three times, told them what the code was and they still had me pay full price. spoke to a manager who said i never told them the code number but agreed that i said i had a code. wouldn’t refund me and then messed up the order. terrible customer service!
