You have to check your bag when going through the drive thru at this location.More than once the whole order wasn't in the bag while being charged as if it was.

If you would like to be treated nicely and get your order done correctly, then come here during the first shift bc even if they have to make something again, they are so nice. 2bd shift I got nothing but attitude from this girl when my iced coffee was black!!! Light and sweet please! I get it everyday racking up my points which come in handy when you are waiting to get paid and you're hungry. Use those points! Great place but stay away from the girl who took my order in plain, perfect English and then pretended she didn't when she made my iced coffee not even close!! Black iced coffee?? Not for me! She was running her mouth and then tried talking to me in Spanish too. I am not racist and I wouldn't care but she was throwing herself around complaining about having to add cream and sugar. Girl please.

McDonald's on Liberty Street in the Springfield Plaza ? Well where do I start ? ... ordered a McChicken & some ? soo the fries were hard & old looking??♀️ honestly they were quit disgusting when I looked at the chicken it was old the edges looked cooked but the middle was soggy looking ? the lettuce on the sandwich was brown & wilted ? and to top it off the mayonnaise that was spread on the sandwich was old it literally was hard in some areas ? long story short definitely not a happy customer ??? didn't upload a photo of the fries ? I gave them to the birds ?????♀️Vegetarian options: Just eat fries ?

Southend springfield MCDonald's has beggars outside. Ppl don't speak English taking orders. Always busy but that .awesome for hot fresh food if u wanna wait awhile and put up w the duhmmies that work there.

Looking for a late snack and it was only place still open. It was 20 min before closing time and there were a few cars waiting at drive thru. The employees working decided not to acknowledge anyone waiting and shut the lights off and closed down without notice!! RUDE!!!
