Got inside at 620pm. Had no one to take your order, and had to use stand up kiosk. THIS was the only helpful thing in the whole visit, as it was easy to follow. Got to end and waiting for option to pay with cash. Nothing. Hit help button, no one comes to "help". Kiosk times out with "Pay at counter" option so select that. Says take slip to counter, nothing prints. I now watch and count over 12 orders cone thru drive thru before I am even acknowledged as waiting, with the 3 other people behind me. I also see 4 customers to come in and complain their drive up orders were wrong. FINALLY manager brings out cash til (this their first cash sale at now 645pm?) and crewman asks and takes my money. NOW 25 minutes later they begin my order while everyone behind me is gone, but 1 comes back for wrong order (#5 by now of wrong orders in ½hr). Since when is having a front counter person not the thing, and when are drive thru ppl more important that people paying cash in front of you that come in? Oh I get home and even my order was wrong!! No way I am ever going there again, and telling everyone I know to never go to this store, which gets at least ½ their orders wrong, has ZERO customer service, and the dark black interior is deathly uninviting!

Had to wait a little bit and my food was cold. Fries tasted like they have been out all day, nuggets were cold, and chicken big Mac was all mayonnaise and no big Mac sauce.

This is by far the worst location in Springfield. Orders are constantly wrong, and the lines rarely move. Once the sun goes down, this location seemingly gets worse, and stops serving the most basic food items on their menu such as hamburgers, cookies, and HI - C. The night staff truly don’t know how to communicate and can’t even get an order right to save their lives. Absolutely insane.

As a former McDonald’s employee (not this one) I get during lunch it’s busy. However, they messed up everything. Forgot my drinks, forgot sauce. But let’s talk about the burger. The entire burger even the buns were covered in nasty grease. They clearly haven’t cleaned their grill in god knows how long. I had to throw the entire burger out. Wasted money for terrible service, food not made right, them not wanting to make a smoothie cause they had to open all the ingredients. Once again I know it was lunch rush. But the ENTIRE burger, bun, and wrapper were covered in DARK BROWN GREASE.

Prices way outta control understandably now that all employees have employer paid medical insurance albeit likely not that ? great? Scared to know what they use for meat since rumours of yesteryear claiming meat of horse mice and even humans thumbs found present supposedly in the news. Can't trust media either these days when a simple bribe will payoff anchors to cast bad light on companies for competing companies, so there's that. Really hard to rate ?
