My grinder was incorrect. When I called to lodge a complaint, the person stated she didn’t have time to talk on the phone. I wasn’t asking for a “new” grinder; I just wanted to inform them so they could be more attentive.

Brings me the wrong order and the order was late didn’t even bring it right the first time I had to go back and get it again. Food is soggy. BLT is never cooked right and I will be commenting a negative review every day until I get my order refunded. Thank you.

I like the pizza here it's very good!! Customer service can definitely be improved an it is not everyone. They really should put correct closing times it's says the close at 11:30pm Tuesday but I call at 10:40 pm an they said they are closed understandable if unfortunate event took place but it's happening often . Like I said Pizza Is Very Good Still Try It!!

Food is trash. I got a steak and cheese and there was literally no cheese, steak was dry as hell and the service was awful...arguing in front of patrons is not where it's at. I don't know how or why they've been in business as long as they have.

I order a medium size pizza and I got a small. Definitely not Happy and to know I payed almost 40 dollars for this little pizza was horrible . Just wanted to give my kids what they wanted on New Year’s Eve

They don't deserve any star first I ordered food I was a patient in the hospital the delivery driver left with my food and I never got my food oor money back the next day my boyfriend goes to find out about the money he's in the parking lot and literally watching the cook pick all in his nose walk back threw the door straight to cooking I guess it's a thing I didn't get my food! Lazy driver money stealing nose picking frenzy

POOR customer service. I waited almost 2 hours for my delivery order when I was told 15-30 minutes when the delivery order was placed. Each time I called I kept being told the food will be there shortly. I placed my order at 8:40pm and received my order at 10:30pm.
