Ordered a very specific bowl for my son-in-law and daughter had to bring it back because it was made incorrectly. One bowl had olives when I asked for no olives and the other bowl did not have guacamole even though I paid for guacamole. When I went back. The server said I had asked for black olives, which I did not, they Refused to remake it. Also, the bowl with guacamole the worker said it had guacamole it very clearly did not have guacamole. They refused to remake both of the bowls and instead gave me two five dollar gift cards . absolutely dissatisfied and disgusted with the service received . the worker told me I asked for black olives when I was reading off of a list that specifically said no black olives I know I did not ask for it and the fact that they did not put guacamole on the bowl and told me that it was underneath the lettuce was an absolute joke. There was no guacamole and yet I paid for guacamole. will never go here again. I don’t understand why the service is so horrendous.

They made the bowl so tiny, it’s like a small kids meal plate. Taco Bell “bowl” is bigger. Moe Monday no longer includes a drink. Price stayed the same. Not only is the bowl small, they still half scoop the chicken. Absolutely horrible rip off. Starbucks is less of a rip off than this now. The photo included is their “bowl” for $10.69 on their discounted day! I am disgusted and will never give a penny to the once good Moe’s southwest grill. This place will go bankrupt and I hope they put a CAVA in its place.

Place was extremely dirty. Counters, food and topping serving bins, grill, gross. Literally afraid to eat it. Tasted ick, dry meat, toppings and salsas not fresh. Would not recommend.Would even eat Taco Bell over this any day. Stomach kind of hurts. P staff was nice enough but disappeared right after we paid. I had to call to them in the back for a didn't because they didn't include one. They can me one out of a box like from a grocery store, bare hands and not wrapped in plastic. No napkins either, just a roll of brown paper towel. EXPENSIVE for food that we ended up throwing most of it away.

I'm so impressed! I came in about 20 min ago and the two gentleman provided quick and friendly service! And the food is amazing!We went to pay with a giftcard that my mom bought in another state and even though she paid for it it had no money because the guy never activated it. They called the general manager and they couldn't get it resolved but they gave us free drinks on the house and money off and that was way more than expected. I'm definitely coming back

I go to this Moe’s a lot and I have never experienced bad service! I wish I knew one of the workers name because he was fabulous. He did everything around the restaurant and more. He was so great and he deserves this recognition! My boyfriend also had great service with a different worker who helped tremendously. 10/10 experience for both of us!

Oh my goodness I cannot contain how Excellent Everything has been from the amazing TOP TIER SERVICE FROM CJ AND ANGEL!!! My girlfriend is Vegan and they accommodated her and every detail that she requested and made everything so much easier vs any other place we have been! I hope they both get promoted and a raise! Best location in all of Western Mass!
