What a pleasant surprise for us. Hotels traditionally for me have never been impressive. The food both times we have been here had been wonderful. Hubby loves the shrimp corn chowder. We both have had the turkey club, which we found to be fresh, and perfectly made. Today, hubby got the fish and chips. (He is normally a little on the pucky side.) He said it was the best fish and chips he'd ever gotten. The fish was battered nicely and crisp. And, the fries were homemade and terrific. Sandra, the server/bar tender, I don't know how she maintains the entire floor by herself, but she does. And, she is prompt and anticipates your needs. I've been a server for many years over the course of my life and I don't believe that I could do as good of a job. Did I mention the servings were very generous? We've taken (about) half back home each time.

We stayed the night in this hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant. Sandy was our waiter and she was super friendly. Best gluten free chicken tenders and fries I’ve ever had!!! Can’t wait to come back to this restaurant when we next stay here. I’ve also heard the flourless chocolate cake is really good too but I was too full from the chicken tenders unfortunately.

I recently visited this establishment. The atmosphere in this place is amazing. Dimmed light, stylish interior and pleasant music created the perfect setting for a relaxing evening The staff showed exceptional attention and professionalism. The waiter was courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and willing to offer recommendations. The service was prompt and unobtrusive, allowing us to fully enjoy the evening. The menu was delightful with a variety of food and drinks.

Pub bar. Pub food. Over 20 minutes to be acknowledged the 12 minutes after that to get our drinks. Ordered food. 2 burgers and a chicken finger plate. Over 55 minutes to get our food. Food was ok at best. Waiter was as accommodating as he could be. Saw 5 waiters & waitresses with maybe 14 tables. Not sure what the problem in the kitchen was, but with a six night stay here upcoming I don't see us returning to this place.

Got my order completely wrong the first time . Second time got the burger undercooked. Back to fix it for the third time . I travel for a living and this was one of the most expensive menus I have seen for the options. Usually there is a $15 sandwich or in that range. Sandwiches and burgers were $18+ . +$3 for salad instead of fries ect.. don’t go here . Food very mediocre
The food is fine, but it's a little odd from your normal pub fare. The buffalo chicken panini was small and not very flavorful, but the poutine fries I subbed in as a side were plentiful. However, the use of fried cheese curds in the dish was a bit of a head scratcher. They were crispy but too salty, and I missed the traditional melty cheese poutine usually has. The prices are also way too expensive for what is offered. They're clearly banking on being the only place around the hotel open for dinner. The staff was friendly.A note of caution - the hand sanitizer smells disgusting. Bring your own.

Good experience, but I won't be getting the lettuce wraps again. The chicken was cold and seemed to be barely thawed from the freezer/fridge.Fortunately, my next choice, the spinach & mushroom pasta was excellent.Full of flavor, just a hint of spicy and well presented.As other people mentioned, the staff is super nice and I can't wait to come back to try something new.
