Nadim's Downtown Mediterranean Grill

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! The service was truly outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Our waitress, Xam, was nothing short of phenomenal—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special shoutout to the owner, whose kindness left a lasting impression—he generously paid for my parking meter when he noticed I was out of coins. And the food? Absolutely divine. Every bite was a delight. I will definitely be coming back! :)

We went last night for the first time! So good, the owner came up to us and welcomed us. Definitely will be back.

This was my second time at Nadim's, and both times, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks, service and ambience! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

We had a date night planned. The owner ruined it. Don’t go to Nadim's in Springfield. They served Dennis his steak. It was supposed to be medium. It can back rare and full of grizzle. Dennis sent it back and got another one. It can back the same So Dennis said can I talk to the owner. The owner was not nice. The owner insulted him (called him crazy). DO NOT GO THERE.

The price is what You would expect. No problems with this establishment. Now for the good part, the Lamb Shank. It was perfect, and I am serious. The staff was very nice, helpful and patient. But that Lamb Shank was good. You get what you pay for, and it was money well spent. You will not leave hungry and their main spice or season is not salt.

I’ve been to Nadim’s many times, which is why I had my wedding welcome reception here. Nadim cooked for everyone on the outdoor patio. The food was amazing and service incredible. Perfect night.

We enjoyed the hummus and warm pita. We also tried the kibbe and the simmered chicken with Nadia’s rice (rice and beef), everything was flavorful and nicely cooked. I loved the Mediterranean spices, savory without overpowering. Really a nice place downtown. Service was equally good and attentive. Would definitely come back when I’m in Springfield again.

We were looking forward to our meal at Nadim’s on Friday evening. We had heard so many wonderful things about the restaurant. We were in town for a conference. The restaurant was hosting a rehearsal dinner out on the patio, so indoor seating was the only option and it was a bit loud. The food was good. We had 4 in our party and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. The problem was with our server, Jackie. She had an attitude from the moment she came to our table. She did not pay close attention to our orders, because she did not hear that I requested meat with my hummus. When I brought this to her attention, she didn’t apologize and , she said, “It doesn’t come with meat, meat is extra. “
She rarely checked on us. Our reservation was at 5:45. We left at 7:40. Most of that time was spent waiting for our server. She didn’t ask us how our meal was. We had to ask for more water. She forgot my husband’s refill. She did ask if we wanted anything else. The food can be phenomenal but if the service is terrible, that affects the entire experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Our waitress Rebecca was an excellent, kind, and informative help! She patiently answered all our many questions. The food was excellent and didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend this place, everything was excellent. I loved the kibbe especially, the babaganoush was delish and my creamy chicken and red pepper sauce was superb. Don’t hesitate to try it, there’s something for everyone

I am blown away by how the food tastes in this restaurant. I come from NYC where there are great restaurants but this restaurant’s food tops most. The owner, Nadim, and his staff gave me exceptional service as well! I’m definitely coming back soon.

After so many times of passing by Nadim's, I finally decided to give it a try and I was not dissapointed. The food was delicious, I ordered an appetizer, the beef kabob and two glasses of red wine. One critique I have is that my waitress didn't check on me often during my visit. After I asked my waitress for the check she took over ten minutes to bring it and then I was shocked by how high it was,
ugh..!!
