This place use to be very good years ago going back 20 years ago the problem is the owner wants to cut corners to to save money instead of suing his original recipe and higher quality food. I ordered food and spent almost 200 dollars and the food was not great I will stick to MJs. Cheaper and higher quality food. If you want your customers back just keep your food higher quality trust me you would earn so much more

Well I honestly think they forgot my order until I got there. Was getting my daughter a calzone for her birthday and one for my grandson and one for my granddaughter. Said I'll go pick it up because the app would not work correctly, and the doordash was completely wrong with the pricing and the delivery 2.$99 plus a tip for $6 so I drive on over, don't get me wrong it's excellent food but it is not the old Italian Napoli's

The place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had worse pasta. I understand that most people get pizza here, but I ordered pasta for my family and I. The pasta was not cooked. No sauce barely. If you were looking for pasta or pizza do not buy from this place. The manager was on the phone. I’m not a Karen lmao. Do not get this place I promise

The pizza tasted like store bought frozen pizza… the pictures made it seem like it’d be really good but then I had it and the cheese also tasted weird texture wise like it’s lunchables cheese if you know what I mean

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizza & Grinder, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy crust, rich sauce, and a generous amount of fresh, high-quality toppings. Each bite was full of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch.
As for the grinder which I believe is a local specialty or another menu item it was equally impressive. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, offering a unique taste that complemented the pizza perfectly. The combination of textures and seasoning was just right nothing was overdone, and each ingredient was in harmony The service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. If you're in the mood for great food I highly recommend Pizza and Grinder You won't be disappointed

Don't bother looking at any of their pictures. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza cuz the picture looked what it should be. Chicken marinade in buffalo sauce with buffalo sauce on top of the crust with cheese on top of everything like a normal buffalo chicken pizza should be and all they gave us was a cheese pizza with some buffalo chicken on top and charged us a specialty Pizza price you don't put red sauce on a buffalo chicken pizza and you don't advertise your pizzas to look a certain way and then give you a hot mess. This place could be great but the false advertisement is unreal My mom got their stuffed shells dinner and it's a frozen stuffed shell from some restaurant provider with a not great sauce and cheese and it was oily on top overall bad experience. Extremely disappointed The only highlight of the place I could say is they're open 7 days a week. Other than that it's not worth the money the time. Don't be fooled like I was spend your money somewhere else

I've passed this place a million times living in Springfield. I never ate from there until one day randomly wanted wings and gave this place a go. I've now ordered from here numerous times since then and they haven't disappointed me once. Everything from here is great specifically the sweet chili jumbo wings and grinders. Definitely a Springfield gem!
