Palace Pizza in springfield was good a couple months ago, don't know if someone else is making the pizza, but is dry and tomato sauce taste different, real flat pizza with barely no cheese..I called and complain and send them a Pic and they said pizza looks fine to them. Too much money to waste on a pizza that's not good quality. They just lost a good customer that bought pizza for over 5 years.

Beyond disappointed with this tiny salad in a half clamshell never ever have I got one that wasn’t in a square full size. 6 pieces of tiny chicken, nasty packet of warm dressing, missing peppers.(asked for no olives) almost $20 never ever again. I was faithful because I loved their Pizza but there salads are terrible!!!

Ordered a plain cheese and a veggie pizza. Below average for the area for pizza. Sauce had no real flavor to it, a bit plain. The crust was even more plain. The veggie pizza seemed a bit light on the toppings. Just a total lack of flavor. My boys gave it the pizza rating of 4/10 for the cheese. Maybe it was an off night for them. ??‍♂️

Food is 2/5.

Make sure you don’t give your bank information on the phone because they told me all CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED.

Under cooked pizza, not the toppings I ordered. When I called to get a replacement the person was so rude on the phone and told me I didn’t ordered through them and I have two options and it was to go pick it up or spend more money and order more food on DoorDash to get it delivered.

Fresh peppers. Onions. Mushrooms On it. Good taste but it had a lot of moisture. The toppings slide off easy. Ate a lot of it with a fork. The crust is thin so if you like a thin crust this is a good option.

Went with my entire family, all 7 kids, after a day at six flags. They were all starving when we got there and when we left, everyone was satisfied. We ate pizza and curly fries. The pizza was hot and the curly fries were crispy. I’ll remember this place for the next time I’m in the area.

I used to order from here a lot and never had any issues with the food until recently. However, I just read that the place was sold relatively recently. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it might explain some things. When the females take the orders over the phone they are super friendly. When one of the men takes my orders, he usually sounds irritated and rushes.I used to love getting their gyros. I had the beef and the chicken ones before. Both were authentic gyro meat. I ordered both recently and it was terrible. For the chicken gyro, instead of the authentic gyro meat, it was chopped chicken breast they grilled on a flat top, with no seasoning. It was very dry and unlike any chicken gyro I have ever had. I'm not sure if they ran out of the actual gyro meat and instead of calling to let me know they just half a** something together. To top it off, normally it has tzatziki sauce. The sauce taste more like tartar sauce. The beef was the same thing. Just as disappointing was the pita. They used to make it fresh and it was actually a hot pita pocket, perfectly grilled. I don't know what kind of bread they use now but it's like a thick, dough like disc, that is not split open like a pita pocket. It's not even grilled. The pizza is very good! I usually order it for a group of us and everyone loves it. I don't care for the sausages on their pizza. Everything else is usually great. My favorite thing to get here are the calzones and the wings. They have the best calzones and spaghetti sauce in the area. Hopefully they don't change those recipes.Their wings are also good but I always have to tell them to make sure they fry them hard so that they are crispy. For whatever reason they can't fry chicken wings. The skin is always soft. Never crispy. I've never had fried chicken wings like that. Lol My favorite wing sauce is the garlic parm. It's not freshly minced garlic and grated parm. It's more like a garlic parm dressing, but it's good. Their barbecue sauce is not good but it's not terrible. It's just okay. It doesn't taste like traditional BBQ at all. It tastes more like watered down, mild buffalo sauce.Delivery is hit or miss. I normally do contactless delivery with easy instructions. Call me. Lol It's a hit when the delivery driver that has worked there for years delivers the food because he's very thoughtful, quick, and polite. He rings the doorbell AND calls. I usually tell him to leave it on the door handle, which is protected by a glass door. His tip is always included over the phone when I first place the order. The new delivery driver does not ring the doorbell or call. He just leaves the food on the porch floor. One day he did this in the rain. The bag was soaked. We have a railing but he didn't even put it on there. I'm assuming he was probably in a rush. I mentioned this one day when I placed another order and asked the employee to please have the delivery driver call me so that the food is not just sitting out and they said they would try to tell him but there was no guarantee the driver would listen.Their grinders are excellent! I've had pretty much almost every grinder on the menu. Their garlic bread is super cheap and in my opinion overpriced for the cheap bread and garlic powder. It doesn't taste like garlic. It tastes more like toasted cheap bread and butter. I don't order it anymore. Overall I recommend. I just continue ordering the things I like. If they continue changing the quality of their ingredients and reducing them, I would likely stop ordering from here.

Parking: Park infront of the shop on a main road or of you're feeling gutsy across the street and hoping they'll slow down or stop to let you cross, but be prepared to run, lol.
