Service was great. I had a bacon egg and cheese on croissant with a cinnamon latte.

So everything is good there. Food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. It is pretty pricey but everything is these days. My only issue-I got a small hot tea and a Caesar wrap and it was $17.10. According to board the wrap was $12 and the small tea was $2.50. Not sure how it jumped to over $17 when it should have been about $15 with tax.

Amazing friendly staff, and fantastic coffee. Take advantage of the free smiles while they're in stock!

SO GOOD. Delightful food and super affordable. The Italian ladies serving us were super sweet and definitely knew everybody in there (except me and my parents, the out-of-towners). There was a slight misunderstanding regarding my mom's and my coffee orders - one of the Italian ladies told me I was a "pain in the ass,"
but in a very lovely way... ? Seriously, a great place.

It feels very homey here. The place is very simple with good food and good coffee, and you definitely feel the Italian vibe when you walk in.
Everything was fresh, and made to order. The staff were super nice and friendly (again in a folksy way)
There is outside seating and usually there is some sort of music playing during lunch hour so it’s fun to be there
I wouldn’t recommend planning to study or do work inside as it can be loud during lunch hour

Coffee is tolerable
The food is terrible
Especially “avocado toast” - a mess between pieces of bread. Reviews are inflated ?

OML love the food, baked goods, staff and atmosphere. Staff is very warm and welcoming and always smiling contagiously so patrons are in wonderful moods. Many repeat customers for very good reason.
Hot food, breakfast and lunch, smoothies, shakes, sandwiches, subs, drinks, coffees, salads, baked goods ie. cookies, cakes, tarts, cheesecake etc. ?
Definitely a must try. You will return for more.

Vegetarian options: Menu options for all. Salads are phenomenal. Ask the friendly staff.

Dietary restrictions: They gladly cater to dietary restrictions. Just ask the friendly staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. Handicap tables available. May be hard to move around a lot as it's a small place but it'll make up for with its big impressionable personality.

I had an appointment downtown and had a little time to kill. I went in and got a coffee, and the woman who I assume is the owner was so friendly. "What can I get you, honey baby?" That just made my day. After my appointment I came back to get a sandwich to go. "Nice to see you again, my love" she said as I paid and left. What a great experience. And the sandwich was great!

Great little cafe I’m glad I found. First time in had a great latte and an even better cannoli. I came back next week for a panini and a coffee. I got the soprano panini which was a decent value at $12. Meat was great, good quality bread, the only strike against it was iceberg lettuce. I would have preferred something with some more flavor.
