A clean location with good, fresh food.
This is based on two separate visits using the Panera app and Rapid Pick Up. Both orders were done on time and all my customizations were honored.
I found both orders to have used fresh vegetables, with an ample amount of ingredients. The bread was fresh. My dietary restrictions driven customizations were all accurate on all orders.
There was a stand out customer service moment when I was called by the store to confirm a duplicate order I placed. The employee was courteous and efficient. I use Panera across the US and have never had a store call to confirm this. I’ve often just had the second duplicate order not prepared as they assumed it was an error.
The location is clean and well laid out both inside and on the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return to this location.

Looks new! Clean and easy to access from nearby hotels. Food was well prepared and customizable. Many Paneras are not measuring up. This one does not disappoint.

This is the only Panera I've ever been to that's given me slimy lettuce in a salad. I thought it was a one-time mistake, but it happened a second time. Convenience will keep me returning. The friendliness of the staff is very hit or miss. The physical location is clean.

My sandwich was super hard and there was almost nothing in it. My bowl of soup I got about 2 bites out of. It was cold and there was hair in it. And the lady who took our order was very rude and snobby. And they charged us about 38 dollars for 2 of the half soup half sandwich combos and tried to keep the change for a tip without even asking.
