The employees here are always SO kind and fix problems even when they aren’t their fault (like third party delivery drivers not delivering orders). They go above and beyond to help and are very understanding. Food is always prepared on time and well. 🙂

A clean location with good, fresh food.

This is based on two separate visits using the Panera app and Rapid Pick Up. Both orders were done on time and all my customizations were honored.

I found both orders to have used fresh vegetables, with an ample amount of ingredients. The bread was fresh. My dietary restrictions driven customizations were all accurate on all orders.

the folks working here are very good at their jobs and put up with a lot. i had an issue with with Doordash losing my order but they made it right and went above and beyond. thank you to everyone who works here and provides great customer service :)
