On March 1, 2024 I bought a small combination pizza for close to $20.00 which it is pricey but I didn't mind because paramount always had great pizza but for a few months their food quality and taste and value of the their food has gone down mind u I have been a customer for a long time like years but the pizza was tasteless and the sauce was different it didn't taste like pizza sauce or pizza I think they changed manager and crew but I would not be returning but there were great at one time...

Office ordered sandwiches and salads for lunch. When order was received the BLT sandwich was made with extremely under cooked bacon and the "taco" salad was made with unseasoned, cold beef and topped off with soggy, plain Lays potato chips. When we called the shop to complain, I was told to bring the food back. I advised them that I had 10min left for my lunch. I was then told that I could return it later. Now mind you they delivered it. I explained to the man on the phone that both the sandwich and salad would be going into the garbage. The man told us that we could get a refund for the sandwich and salad, but the driver had to come back to swipe the card. When the driver returned, we where told that they wanted the food back. We then had to dig through the garbage to get the food that was horrible!!
