I ordered for the first time for pizza last week. Everything we ordered was perfect. Even the slices of pizza were amazingly even. I ordered my pizza without cheese due to a dairy sensitivity and that was also done just right. I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The customer service on the phone was terrible. They took almost 2 hours to deliver my pizza and had me waiting on the phone forever just for somebody to pick the phone up. When the pizza got to my house, it was cold and I had about 20 guests over. Thank you for absolutely nothing! I will never even think to order ANYTHING here again.

I’ve been ordering from parker pizzeria for a few years and I never had any issues until now… I order a pizza that came with two long hairs baked through the cheese and toppings and I also got an expired soda, I will post the picture I took of it in the photo section. I can’t trust this place anymore.
Just slow for lunch took awhile for chicken parmesan lunch. Cold cut grinder was fast

Placed an order on doordash and asked for extra cheese sauce on the comments.
I was mistaken and the photo had honey mustard and not cheese sauce. Rather than just send the order like most other shops, they took the time to call me and explain my mistake to make sure I had what I wanted.
It seems like a small simple gesture but most other shops don't bother to reach out to customers on doordash orders, so i really appreciated it.

So we called and placed an order at 5pm and they gave us an enormous window of 25minutes to an hour and at 6:15 we called just to check and they told us the delivery driver was on his way….but you guessed it he in fact was not on his way as we live 5 minutes away…. it didn’t get delivered till 6:50pm and everything was just …well… you can tell was sitting there. The fried ravioli was smothered in the sauce which I found odd and there was zero crunch to it and room temp. The fries were room temp and one of the steak and cheeses had no cheese. I do not like posting negative reviews but this was just not the experience. If they had told me 2 hours delivery we would have just picked up but instead it was the lack of proper communication and sub par food that made me write it so that no one else has to deal with this

We order from Parker pizza frequently and we haven’t had a bad meal yet! Their wings are delicious, the Greek salad with chicken is amazing. The portion sizes are super generous! Pizza is good, garlic knots are fire, and pasta is great as well.
