Jan 31st, 2024. 8pm.Staying at the Sheraton. Staff recommended this restaurant for dinner. When I went, the hostess told me they were open for business, then she turned me away because they don’t serve dinner to the public? What’s that about?

Had a quick Easter breakfast here and it was great. Service was fantastic and patient with our toddlers. Food was great, big portions.

Kid-friendliness: Had high chairs for us.

Picks did an outstanding job on dinner last night for Valentines. The steak was cooked perfectly and they accommodated a gluten and dairy allergy with advance notice nicely. The salmon was also great! Service was outstanding and this place is like a hidden gem steps away from MGM Springfield. We even returned for breakfast. They had a great fritta for breakfast. Nothing but the gravy was made with milk or butter.

Great ribeye dinner and my daughter said it was the best mac and cheese she ever had. Thanks to the executive chef Dennis and his staff for the great meal.

This is the first time I’ve actually been motivated to write a review but after being seated with my son literally sat for fifteen minutes without anybody coming to our table. No hello. No water. No acknowledgement. Not even a menu. It was as if we weren’t there. I have been to some dives and never had that happen. Eventually we got up and left. Horrible experience and complete lack of basic customer service.

I went there for breakfast, busser was very courteous. Clean restaurant! I believe his nametag said Noah.

Potential, but sold out of some items. Good lobster bisque and attentive service. Nice restaurant, but a wider range of better choices would really make a difference.
