I. Ordered the fried seafood combo platter with chicken noodle soup, and my girlfriend ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with chicken soup when we got the food containers that the soup was in were so soggy. It was falling into the food, my seafood platter was so soggy it was falling apart, and my girlfriend‘s chicken was breaded and gross. I ordered through Uber Eats, so anybody who uses that should know you can see when the foods picked up, the person who picked my food up was here within 20 minutes, not even I called and complained to the manager and he told me that I should have picked it up myself because it must’ve been because it was through Uber eats and it takes so long, that is not true. I am so disgusted $60 spent for nothing. I am trying to upload the pictures, but for some reason, it will not let me. I highly advise people to stay away from this nasty place.

Food was ordered about a half hour in advance. I got there and I had to wait about 15 more minutes as if they just started it. If it was busy I could understand. But they were standing around on their phones doing nothing. Pizza was terrible. Service was terrible.

Honestly have NOTHING negative to say. Delivery was quick, grinder was perfect ? not soggy like most places. even the fried dough was better then when you go to a fair. Prices were very decent, they have a wide variety menu and I love that they don't close really early. Also the Delivery guy was very nice. Highly impressed and definitely will be going back again! Thank you!

If you think anyone is going to spend money with your business with you speaking to people any kind of way your dead wrong! Here I am trying to get you the address information while also trying to understand whatelse you are asking me. With your thick accent as well as not being able to hear you clearly over the phone, I had to ask you to repeat the question. I don't appreciate the way you spoke to me so rudely, you shouldn't speak to anyone that way, as I'm sure you expect that people treat you with dignity and respect as well. If I decided to come into the store physically and speak to you the way you spoke to me, you would say I am wrong! Respect goes a long way sir, and if that's to hard for you to treat others with respect then you shouldn't work with people.

I have recently started ordering delivery from here. I had never heard of them before they put a menu in my mail box ; despite living off bay st / Boston Rd area for my whole life (39 years) we ordered grinders ; wings; pasta ; and salad , etc... so far it has all been really great food!! So delicious!! Who ever is the cook knows what they are doing ! My only complaint is the person who answers the phone can come off a bit rude at times. Making you feel as if you are an inconvenience for bothering them ..also the 45 min time frame for delivery has lately become 1hr 30 min which id be willing to wait for ; due to the good quality and great taste of the food; but I wish they would tell you upfront it will be longer or give a courtesy call. Over all I am happy and impressed with the food here and will continue to order as well as give this menu to my staff at work as an option to order from for clients and themselves.
I want to add that the person who answers the phone has been very polite and patient the last few times I ordered . I understand there are lots of calls and she stayed calm and was attentive to what I ordered even with two other calls coming in. I truly appreciate the great customer service. And the food has been great . It's important to me the accomodations
