I recently went to this establishment for a steak and cheese and veal cutlet grinder. Met a cool named Josh, not only was he awesome with customer service his food that he prepared me was absolutely perfect steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the veal was delicious and juicy. Before the grinders were not made well and poorly put together. But I'll be back for sure just because of this young man he is great at his work.

I went there on my way to work to get a slice of cheese pizza when I got there I gave him my car. I opened the box to put some Parmesan and hot pepper seeds on it. It wasn’t nothing but pizza with sauce. There was no cheese I asked him if he could put some cheese on where’s the cheese he gonna get a little bit and sprinkle it on the top I was gonna cancel the transaction with my bank, but my son ended up eating it. It was disgusting. He said they suck. The guy didn’t have no kind of customer service skills or anything and they cash you out and used a gloves to go back and make pizza very Disgusting. I will never eat there again.

Good pizza that has been around for many years. I've had their bone-in wings which are one of my favorites in the mild sauce, it's their in house sauce, I usually do hot, but their mild is an entirely different sauce and I really enjoy them. Good spot to try if you haven't.

Had a combo slice it was about $6. It taste great n worth it. Cannot comment much on customer service as I was only there for about 4 minutes or less however, the gentlemen who took my order was nice, professional and spoke Spanish. Will b coming back to try out a grinder.

If I could give this place zero stars that would be too many. My family has ordered from this shop for over two decades. We ordered delivery tonight and the manager delivered it. We gave him the mailing address by mistake which is visible from the homes physical address. The manager had a temper tantrum, swore at us and told us not to order again. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the owner and the young woman that answered “did not know the owner’s last name”
Their customer service is atrocious especially considering there are many other establishments to choose from within a 5 mile radius.

Just did two pizzas for take out and they were great! My family is new to the neighborhood and I can forsee this place becoming a regular Friday night treat. The staff was helpful and nice. They had the food quickly prepared and it was fresh and hot.
Food was great till I had to make a complaint about one of their male drivers being disrespectful. All sudden my food started being disgusting.Chicken cutlet salty chicken to even burnt.Steak and cheese barely meat! Thanks for the Patriotic service Guys!

My co worker has picked up for me a few times a pepperoni grinder with only mayo / lettuce / cheese and every time thus far best pepperoni grinder I ever had . The bread was toasted perfectly as well , not too hard or too soft . If they keep this up I will continue to return . Thanks !

Absolutely terrible. Probably the worst pizza in the pioneer valley. Been ordering from them out of convenience for 20 years or more. It used to be better. Then the new owners came in and it's been nothing but garbage. Cheap products. Poor training of their team. They recently gave away our pizza to another customer. I got on the phone and called to see if something could be done about it. I was met by a rude woman who insisted her manager was on a delivery. I've have over a decade of delivery and restaurant experience. Very very rarely is a manager on a delivery. Clearly trying to hide her mistake and cover it up. Absolutely garbage service.
