Went Saturday night with our family and we’re sat quickly… that’s about the only quick thing that happened. The place was nearly empty- like maybe 5 tables say total. But the few tables that had been sat remained uncleaned the entire time we were there- including the dirty dishes left in their outdoor seating area. Not one table was cleaned up during our almost 2 hour endeavor. We ordered an app and were warned they might be out but they’d check for us- never got the app, or the chance to order a different app to hold us over while waiting for dinner and the server never came back to tell us it was in fact unavailable. I guess she figured we’d get the message when it never came. We got exactly 1 round of drinks- no refills- she never came back to ask until she brought our main dishes. Sprite was flat so we had to go to the bar ourselves to get a different drink because the server was never around. We had to get our own silverware from a different table. Food took so long to come out that we thought just getting up and leaving. I don’t know how this place stays in business with the poor service. Maybe that’s why it was empty on a Saturday night. We also saw a sign that there was supposed to be a DJ there, but we never saw/heard one while we were there. It’s a shame because I’ve here in the past and while the food is fine the service is literally getting worse every time. I think we’ll be done with this place and look for something else next time we’re in the area.
Great food. Zoe was our server and provided outstanding, attentive service.
Stopped at Plan B for a last minute meal and tried their smash burger for the first time. I am not one to eat at McDonald’s, however the special sauce really reminded me of a classic Big Mac. It was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised.
Ironically, the family and I were in the area to go look at fireworks but it rained heavily so we needed a plan B. My wife knows I loved Plan B in Stamford, CT but it closed down during the pandemic so she figured plan b would be a good plan b. The food was good like I remember and the ambience was good. My only complaint was the food took a while to come out but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were short staffed since it was a day before a holiday. I liked it there.
I got taken there for father's day.... The server was bad and in the entry of drinks 2 drinks of sprite was served on dirty cups. Ask her to please change it cause the cups were dirty, she excused her self took 20 minutes and still the cups were dirty when she came back.... I got disgusted and got up, went to the desk near the door and she was about to charge the 5 cups of sodas that I didn't even drink of because the cups where dirty. I left because if the drinks cups are dirty I didn't want to take a risk on the food it self.
Gabby was an excellent server, and a very very hard worker. She deserves a raise ASAP!
It was a special private birthday party and it was wonderful!!! Saw people I grew up with and known since grade school... Great atmosphere...
The food was average, but not great. The service was good. This place isn't bad by any means, but there are better places in the area.

The burgers are ok prices affordable not bad nothing to write home about. However this review is about my server. She was very rudely shoved into by a customer with his arm into her chest. He did it totally intentionally. Right after this happened she went on to serve his table. Bravo for being that patient. Give this server a raise because I would've been fired for sure.

This Plan B is a hot mess. We arrived at 4pm, it took 15 minutes to have our order taken, and there were only 2 people seated in the restaurant.
It took a full hour to get our food, 3 burger were cold and the 4th meal completely wrong.
On top of that when we asked if the food would be out soon at 4:50 someone came to our table from the kitchen, looking very unkept started yelling at us that she was doing the best she could, there is an issue with a burger bun. When the food came out, COLD and they threw it on the table they didn't even know what burger was what and after checking the burgers items that we order were missing. Not worth $120. No discount or apology was offered.
We were went there to celebrate our teens birthday. NEVER AGAIN
We chose Plan B Burgers based on reviews claiming it had the best burgers in Springfield. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the hype.
Despite the restaurant not being busy and having plenty of staff, the cleanliness was lacking—we found crayons and silverware under our table. Our party of six all ordered burgers cooked pink, yet every one of them was overdone. The fries were cold, and one burger was missing its sauce entirely.
Service was also disappointing, as no one returned to check on us, leaving us without an opportunity to address these issues. Overall, our visit was underwhelming, and we wouldn’t rush back.
Would not recommend it unless you enjoy lackluster service and overpaying for subpar food.

I've eaten at plenty of restaurants but this had to be one of the worst. My husband ordered a basic burger with fries. It was so overcooked that I was questioning if the sole of his shoe was missing. The vegetables that were on the burger should never have left the kitchen (spoiled and flavorless). I asked for lemon with my ice tea and received none. My cousin ordered a pretzel burger and was served a piece of plastic in it. The manager never came to the table to address the situation either. All in all it was a totally horrible experience! I can guarantee that we will never return to this establishment. I would certainly not recommend, even my worst enemy, to waste their hard earned money to dine here.
How does this place stay in business?
Went at 5pm on a Thursday, place was not busy at all. Server was quick to greet me, but then didn't come back with the drink over for over 10 minutes. When I ordered a 2nd one, it was like she forgot again. Was standing at the register (didn't seem to have any tables besides our party of four) 15 minutes later, when a woman at my table said kinda loudly "what happened to your drink?". Server overheard, then went and got the drink. On top of that, the drinks were VERY watered down and we're $13 each.
So, for $26 and nearly 30 minutes of waiting, I got maybe two shots of vodka total.
Atmosphere was messy, nobody seemed to be cleaning, stuff was left on tables, and no manager in sight.
Definitely have no plans to return. Much better food and service nearby. Two stars as staff was friendly and wings were decent.
Parking: Tons of parking.
