Used to be decent and it's been a while since we've been but after today not anymore we're definitely never going back.

Based on the name alone, how can you not eat here? Great chicken sandwich. Location isn’t great, but maybe the locals know better on this. A definite for a DoorDash. Have done that + a dine in and no regrets either time.

We had a great server. I wish I remembered her name. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. I had the pretzel burger. I really liked it. Sweet potato fries were good. The portions were just right. I wasn't stuffed afterwards, almost wishing there was more, but I definitely did not need more.Parking: Lots of parking, easy to find.Kid-friendliness: Standard kids menu.

Wow I had high expectations for this place as I do for any new place me and my family try. Wasn’t at all busy but took an eternity just to get our beverages that should’ve been a sign to just walk away at that point! But no we proceeded to place our order and waited a lifetime for our meals! Person who brought one of our appetizers to the table had his hands in our nacho cheese yuck! One entree was made incorrectly and the waitress recognized the mistake once she placed the plate on table and sent it back to be corrected. Once entree was “corrected” and placed on the table I brought to the waitress’s attention there is still a problem and I didn’t even have to tell her what the issue was because there was hair in the food. Disgusting! Never saw the waitress again after that. Pretty awful service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Again this wasn’t at a peak time and it was my spouse, three children and myself dinning in. If I could rate ZERO stars or even less I most definitely would unfortunately 1star is the lowest possible rating. Was that for over 2 hours absolutely terrible!!!

One of the better burger & brew places. Nice fresh made burgers and quality fries. Clean environment and we were served in a timely fashion. Seemed like the booth tables were the best option for my date and I - the tiny "couples" tables are a bit too small. We visited in the winter, so no outdoor patio. This review is for my second visit here. My first visit I sat at the bar. Food was good that time, as well.

The plan b locations in Glastonbury and West Hartford are very good. However the Springfield location was hit or miss but has now become consistently bad. Clearly understaffed, food preparation is poor even though quality of ingredients is good, and service is slow with wait staff that seem bored. Very unfortunate.

I moved to western mass recently and have been slowly trying the local hot spots. I came into Plan B on a whim one evening with my boyfriend and right away we loved the dark modern feel of the restaurant. Because there was a wait for a table, we sat at the bar. Before I get into the food and drinks we had, I HAVE to mention how amazing our bartender Niko was. Although he had a pretty full bar and was clearly busy; this young man still managed to treat my boyfriend and I as if we were good friends of his all while giving us the kind of service you'd expect at a high end restaurant. Because it was our first time, we annoyingly had a few questions about food to which Niko answered with enthusiasm and honesty. When it came to drinks, we knew right away that Niko was a professional because not only did he recommend drinks from the menu but, he even offered to make me something special which I couldn't resist! He asked what kind of alcohol I was in the mood for and what kind of drink(martini/mixed) I wanted. I don't even remember what my answers were but within minutes I had a sexy looking martini in front of me that was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend is a self certified beer snob and yet after trying a few beer samples ended up getting a cocktail. Although we weren't that hungry, Niko recommended the buffalo shrimp which we loved and we also split a Caesar salad. For dinner, we again bothered Niko with a few questions and ended up following some more of his recommendations; the Diablo burger for me and the MOAB for my bf. As previously mentioned, Niko was busy and yet while ordering, we didn't feel rushed or pressured and he even went over our orders to make sure he didn't miss anything. Maybe I'm corny but this last part almost made me ugly-cry. During dinner I realized it was the anniversary of me and my bf's first date to which we both forgot about until that moment and then changed subjects. After dinner, someone brought us a cookie desert with ice cream that we didn't order. Niko came over with spoons and said that it was "on the house" for our anniversary... I couldn't believe he even heard that and we absolutely loved it. From the second we sat at the bar to when we paid our tab; Niko made our experience truly unforgettable. This level of detail and care truly made us feel so special and is the reason why we will be back to visit soon!

Went at 430 on a Saturday night, not busy at all. Waiting 20 minutes to sit down when there was plenty of tables, I understand they could have been short staffed. Mac and cheese was very bland, wife put salt and pepper on it and it still didn’t hit. Appetizer came out after the entrees, we ordered garlic bread for an appetizer. I got a chicken sandwich, very bland and bun was literally cold. CJ our server was a very nice guy but very slow. Asked for our check as we were ready to go, watched him help the bartender with glass dishes, almost like he forgot about our check, then brought it 5 minutes later. All around just not a good experience. Will not be back, do not recommend.
