I got charged $18 for a tiny three piece tender combo that was and once i asked for a receipt to verify was told they didnt have paper in the machine and that prices went up. Everyone check for over Charging on the meals before paying

No line whatsoever, still had to wait 20 minutes and neither worker took my order. I just left. Worst popeyes ever never coming back, extremely frustrating.

I go to the drive-thru. The services the service is okay at best. But their Chicken Sandwich is great.. The one thing that I don't like is you. Order whatever you order and then they're asking you. Do you want this? Do you want this you want this? No I just want to Chicken Sandwich and they're still trying to sell you stuff so II don't like that push you stuff.

It feels very dystopian within this Popeyes which is why I usually use the drive through but this time I had to venture inside because they forgot, and messed up my sides, which is a common occurrence here, and they proceeded to have me wait almost 25 minutes waiting for someone to help me. There were plenty available workers too. Mind you almost 25 minutes for some packets of honey.

The worst pop eye chicken ever. I went there early in the morning when they are open. I don’t know if they warmed up the chicken and the coleslaw was spoiled. I have to throw away. I can’t go back because I was my way to New York. I love Popeye chicken a lot , but not this place.

Employee/ manager specified coupon code was incorrect. She was incorrect. There were not sufficient food supply. The other Employee's were incompetent as well. I have gone there and they have substituted flour and tea from the nearby Price Rite. Rude. Slow and language barriers. Very disappointed with service.

Pulled into drive-through at appro. 11:00pm 8/15 to zero menu on , on their screen , and after more than 1 minute of waiting , a young lady finally prompted by saying “Do you know what you’re gonna get?” , and I logically responded with “There’s no menu to decide from , your screens are off…” She responded by explaining how the system is automated and she won’t turn the screens on , and for me to “…figure it out…” by “online menu or coming inside”. After 1 or 2 minutes , I told her I’d pop the menu up online , and she responded exactly “That’s what I suggested earlier , but okay…” with a snarky attitude. I asked her very politely why she “…has an attitude” , then confronted her by asking what her name was to hold her accountable . She , of course , didn’t respond nor answer my question , and after 1 more minute prompted me to “…have a good night…” as to dismiss of me. Not a way to treat anybody trying to give your company business with plenty of competitors open within a mile distance ! Accountability is a must …

I have order here at least a dozen times. Not once has my order been correct. No matter the time of day. I’ve waited on various occasions for partial orders anywhere from 15 mins to 45 min. There is absolutely no concept of customer service as they treat you like it’s your fault that they screwed up the order. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed.
