Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've tried to give this popeye's in Chicopee , Mass ,the benefit of the doubt. Yet over and over they disappoint. If I could rate them a zero I would. The popeye's app has not been working for days now so I drove to store to place my order. The guy that took my order at drive thru told me to pull up on the side of the building, and that they would bring my order out to me . He advised me that it would be about ten minutes because they need to cook the chicken. Mind you The parking lot is empty, so how busy are you? Nevertheless, I pulled up on the side of the building 20 minutes go by.... Nothing ...as I watch other customers come and go. So I back up to the drive through window to ask what's going on with my order and it's as if they didn't even know I was outside, waiting. The guy at the window says the person that took my order took the order and left for the day. Now he's asking what was in my order and asked if I could please just give them a few more minutes. Once again, i'm on the side of the building for another twelve minutes or so. Eventually, I go in and I ask for a refund. Mind you, my receipt was timestamped, and it literally showed me that from the beginning of my order to the point where I came in, the store for the return was a total of 50 minutes. I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with the service at an establishment. The thing that really blew me away is they act like it was no big deal. They were very nochalant, as if my time is not valuable. Then it seem like the person doing my refund didn't know how to work the cash register. I'm definitely gonna call and see if they in fact refunded me my money.
I am Highly disgusted i'm never going back to that restaurant ever! Worst customer service ever! If you do want, popeye's do yourself a favor skip this location. It's not worth the hassle or your time.
I hope this review go straight to corporate. - they need to see how some of these franchises are giving them a bad rep.

Very rude to customers got my whole order wrong after I repeated myself 3 times. Because I don’t look Hispanic they were speaking bad about me when I told them my whole order wasn’t what I asked for. Very unprofessional rude and disrespectful young people working there.

Food were very nasty,how do you send a person some chicken that still have blood in it,

Staff didn't speak english, they were too busy laughing and talking to each other than to wait on customers, my mobile order was missing items, chicken was overcooked and rock hard. Customer Service is useless, they refused my refund. They had me send in a picture and then told me that it wasn't a real picture. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't know how this chain is still in business.

Young lady at the counter was polite and prompt but the food is terrible value for the money. it tasted as ok as fast food gets but 5 super tiny chicken tenders for almost $14 dollars with no sides or drink is wild. also some pretty sizeable potholes in that parking lot

At least my order was right in the end. Only took 15 minute wait and me having to ask. They have you pull up to a parking spot and wait 15-20 minutes just to give you the wrong order. At least after 10pm anyway.

There food is great always fresh. I love there chicken and Mac and cheese is the best it taste like baked Mac and cheese. Ohh and I also like there biscuits they are nice and buttery, make sure to ask for honey to put on them and thank me later. They have a dine in and a drive through so its convenient is your on the go or got kids and just want to sit in and eat.

Lady at drive thru very rude, everything has serve in small bag. Shrimp order was old, they were so hard can’t even bite them. Also they didn’t put the cocktail sauce . The staff need to be trained. Awful the customer service experience.

Place looks like it’s falling apart . Don’t eat inside water dripping from there ceiling.. bathroom don’t work . Just shut down already at this point
