First time coming to this location and I do not regret it! Got serviced by an amazing lady at drive thru, around 5:20 pm yesterday (July 22,2025) she definitely made my day, the way she handle a lil problem I had, the way she talked to me and everything was just perfect, and the food was AMAZING. Give the lady a round of applause for the amazing way she treats her costumers (Hispanic brown-skinned lady) 😋 definitely coming back soon !

This is my 3rd mobile order for the classic dark which request the dark that includes a wing, a leg and a thigh. On every order I get a breast instead of a thigh. I can’t reach anyone by phone and I am not able to return to store.

Joke of a service, how yall hand out pies with PAPER fried on them? would give 0 stars if I could, whoever was the manager on the floor needs to be retrained because how do you let this happen on your floor? Negligent and comfortable handing out inedible food. Poor all around 👎🏻

BE CAREFUL!!!!! Ordered my lunch from this place. When I received my food my fries were cold and the chicken taste like it was seasoned with adobo seasoning. I know the taste and smell of it because I use it often. And my drinks was water down and wasn’t what I ordered. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and got a water coke soda.

Never fails always missing items . I ordered two can dine which is supposed to come with 6 piece wings and tenders and 2 sides . I received tenders and sides but no wings . When you try to call to find a way to resolve they don’t answer the phone. I complaint to app their resolution was a 3$ refund. 6 piece wings do not cost 3$ . This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order . This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ordered from. Just wasting my time and money at this point .
