The chicken was great, it was hot & juicy. The service was fine. There wasn't many people when I went but I had no problems at all. I had a better experience here than I did in Chicopee Popeyes last time I was there.

First time coming to this location and I do not regret it! Got serviced by an amazing lady at drive thru, around 5:20 pm yesterday (July 22,2025) she definitely made my day, the way she handle a lil problem I had, the way she talked to me and everything was just perfect, and the food was AMAZING. Give the lady a round of applause for the amazing way she treats her costumers (Hispanic brown-skinned lady) 😋 definitely coming back soon !

The food is great, the people are even better. Clearly these workers get treated like garbage by the customers and it is a disgrace. They are so nice and friendly and trying so hard to make everyone happy. A++++
