The Puerto Rican bakery is outstanding. The food is fresh, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. You do not need to speak Spanish to communicate easily. The establishment is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming

This happened on December Saturday on the 13th. Hair was in my sandwich and their response was disrespectful. They said no one has that type of hair in here instead of fixing the problem . It was disrespectful and disgusting

The best breakfast sandwich in town! I've been coming here since I was a child.
The pastries are tasty and have that homey feel to them.
It's a must to stop here whenever I'm back in Springfield.

Service suck not one decent soul in here.
There's always flies in the donut case.
And pay attention They're touching food and money. Money then food, then give me an attitude when I ask them to switch gloves plz

Super excited to eat Fresh bread . There was a line but it moved very quickly. It does seem that they run out of pan sobao than pan de agua. Sugar donuts were good & the Pernil was delicious !!

Food is okay but the ladies working there are so rude. It’s a very unpleasant experience.

Bread gets hard fast. If you don't eat it right away, day after it's hard

Today we visited because we wanted pastries, especially guava, to take to our relatives and, as always, everything was exquisite.
