Very good food and a great atmosphere.

This was my first visit to Samuel's. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Shannon was tending bar. She was Amazing. Very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Calamari with the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel draft. The beer was great, the Calamari was better. I never had Calamari served in that fashion. Shortly after, I ordered the Ahi sliders, all I can say is WOW!!! They were absolutely Incredible!! I probably should have gotten the Chef's name also, because, just Wow!! This was definitely an experience I will not forget and one I will definitely do again when I am in the Springfield area.

Had the best chilli and margarita at Samuel's. So good those Margaritas were that I forgot the name of our server. She was awesome, though. It was delightful to have her wait on us. I'll sure be back. Thanks Julie for helping us have a great time. You are hilarious!

Very good food, great service! Place is pretty big, plenty of space for big parties.

Food is really good, drinks are strong. Although, the people who work here are by far the reason I come back here. They are so friendly, funny, and promptly get you everything you order. Love this place!!

I went a couple weeks ago. I have to say i expected a little better from this place given it has about 3.8 stars / 5. The food was stale and clearly microwaved... The beer tasted like watery pi*s. The bartender smelled bizarre. The worst part, you won't believe this. I saw a rat under the bathroom stink!! please save your money and your dignity and go elsewhere.

Love this place. I'll be back but the chicken tenders were really bad. Hard, tough and dry. But because of all the other good experiences I think I'll be returning.

Went to Samuel’s for drinks and food. Was squeezed into a table with no room to move and noise level due to bar design made it impossible to hear person at table with you. Food was mediocre and overall experience very lacking. Will not go to Samuel’s again. They must only stay open due to unsuspecting traffic from Basketball Hall of Fame customers who have never been there before.

Amazing food and drinks. 11$ for a half pound burger and killer onion rings is an amazing deal. Went on bacon Tuesday and apparently they just keep bringing baskets of bacon like chips at a Mexican restaurant. Definitely a place to experience.

Samuels hosted an event for my organization, and I will definitely book this location again. The private room was very spacious, the food was delicious, and the servers went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Thank you to all, especially Gina for being an excellent planner!

We sat at the bar. Service was friendly and prompt most of the time. Food was delicious, if a bit pricy. Great beer list. Bartender could have known the beer styles better.

So our workout group had a holiday together here. We had a nice area to gather in. Our own delightful bartender and great food. It was a very good time!

Great restaurant in Springfield. Easy to get to as well.The hostess Crystal is amazing!!! I absolutely LOVE her. She is always very engaging and a pleasure to be around. She remembers the little things such as a story you told about your dog that makes you feel at home. With the abundant choices of restaurants out there, mostly in downtown Springfield with MGM right up the road and Enfield CT being a short ride down 91 its very easy to go somewhere else for lunch or dinner however we choose to go to Samuel's because of the service we get here. Primarily the greeting and the welcome we get from Crystal. She is the main and pretty much only reason my husband and I go here. The service and servers here are good too but the main reason we bring our business here is because Crystal. Even on a busy night she makes the wait for food not bad. Its nice to go and see patrons give her a hug before they leave. You can really tell she truly cares and makes everyone feel special when they come. This place would not be the same without her. My husband and I will continue to bring our business here and will continue to spread the word of how great Samuel's is as long as Crystal is there. Needless to say I would bring my business to whichever restaurant establishment she is at. Good food and good service can be found anywhere but the personal connection that Crystal gives is something that is very hard to come by.
