Terrible customer service
Beautiful warm quiet place to have dinner. The food was immaculate, delicious, savory, traditional and what I wanted. The protein was seasoned to perfection. I went on a slow day, not much traffic, so it gave me the time to really enjoy my meal. The baclava and tea was on the house for waiting a little extra. Beautiful touch from them! Will definitely go again.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. When we asked the staff where to sit, they told us to choose any table we liked. However, as we were about to sit down, a young woman server came and scolded us, saying, “This area is reserved for a wedding dinner, you can’t sit here, why are you entering through this door?” Her tone was rude and disrespectful. I was holding my child, and completely shocked.
There was no sign saying “Do not enter,” and the door was open. We didn’t just choose a random table, we asked first, and the staff told us it was fine to sit there. Is this really how you treat your customers?????
Afterwards, the same woman and a male waiter started yelling at the waitress with short hair right in front of us. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch. We couldn’t enjoy our meal at all, and I will never come back again.

We have visited this lovely restaurant twice, during lunch and just prior to dinner. Service is great. Warm bread is served with olive oil in herbs. Lunch comes with soup, rice, bulgar , salad and the lunch entree ( a nice variety of choices).
There are a variety of Turkish dessert choices . The baklava is scrumptious.
Treat yourself to a lovely afternoon or evening out! 🥗🍷🍺🍋🍗🥩🍚🍢

I absolutely love this place! In my opinion, it’s the best Turkish food around Springfield. We drive all the way from Farmington, CT—about a 50-minute trip—just to eat here, and it’s always worth it.
The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The owner, Ogun, is fantastic—he always comes by our table to make sure everything is perfect and that we’re happy with the experience. That personal touch, combined with the quality of the food, makes Saray 2 a standout.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine—you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place and their food. My only complaint is that they run out of donner frequently later in the evening and they removed my favorite dish from the menu a while ago (I think because the amount of labor that went into it vs. popularity of the dish didn't make it worthwhile, which is a bummer but understandable). But the staff is always super nice and service is great!
