The service food and atmosphere were amazing, but they did take a very long time to bring up food. I don’t wanna necessarily penalize them for taking long to bring food as when it came it tasted amazing.

Best turkish restaurant ever ?? Always great food, service, and atmosphere. Had them cater for a big event today — everything was so fresh and delicious, all the guests loved it.

First time, won't be the last time. Food was fresh and had a ton of flavor. I never write reviews, but I would be doing this resturant an injustice if I didnt.

We made a 2 hr trip here from NY. We have been coming here for over 5 years and brought our extended families here because we enjoyed the food and the staff. Unfortunately, while their interior space is updated, their customer service has plummeted. We decided to call in our order because we had our unexpectedly tired toddler with us so we didn’t want to wait too long for food (they do take a while which we never minded before). When we arrived, we asked to eat there but the waitress said no. We asked why since our food wasn't even ready and she had no answer. we waited 25 min in the restaurant for our food.
we informed her that we would be tipping 25% and she could even charge that ahead of time to show good faith and appreciation on our part. She again said no. She informed us there was no manager to ask. At a time where we have infinite food choices and establishments are doing their best to promote customer service, this place far missed the mark and made sure that we would NEVER come here again. What a waste of $210 spent. I will never be coming here with my family again and spent our money elsewhere. Shameful.

1st time visiting. Great food. My 8 and 10 year old loves the Cheese pie. Very good food and attentive service.

In one word, it is a terrible place. The service is very bad, the employees are not friendly. The food is very salty. We, 3 friends, ate Adana Kebab, Beyti Kebab and Sac Tava. The meals were served very late and the menus were not very satisfying. We gave the America Express card to pay the bill, but they said this card is not valid here. It really sucked.
