Meh. I had a plate of fried everything, including lobster tails. The tail was NOT fresh and smelled fishy. The batter on everything could have been seasoned just a bit and it was flaky. Otherwise, the server was awesome and the food is plentfiul. I'll try them again.

Terrible. Expensive for nothing. Doesn’t even have an option for people that don’t eat mussels. Basically forces you to buy the bag with mussels or pay for everything priced individually which increases the price incredibly. On top of that doesn’t even offer sausages in the bags !! How inconvenient and inconsiderate. Waste of time.

I have tried other seafood boil places in Springfield but Shaking Crab is THE place to go!The service and atmosphere was great ( Tiffany and the owner / chef? were so friendly and attentive), and the food was fresh and drinks were delicious, we got the- spicy calamari ( it's not your usual battered covered calamari and the seasoning was approved for finger licking )- loaded garlic noodles ( very flavorful with sausage, shrimp, and broccoli)- total catch jumbo TRAY with Shaking crab sauce, we got to try the other sauces, my fav sauce was cilantro lime. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so it was convenient that they had a lid for the tray so we could take the rest home for dinner the next night!All around a great experience, can't wait to dine there again!

The shaking crab is my new go-to Cajun seafood restaurant! The service was absolutely amazing here. Every few minutes the manager would come over and check up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meal. The food came out super fast and the drinks were amazing! I also loved all of the Halloween decor and mood lighting they had. It was such a fun vibe, not to mention they had great music! Can't wait to return
