Where to begin... service took a very long time. Half the food was cold, other half over cooked. Missing items. Over priced and pricing was incorrect between the menu to what showed on the receipt. Flavor was off... onion rings tasted like cinnamon. Employee was vaping in the window while bagging food. Overall not a good experience.

Eat there at your own risk! First my order got screwed up! Then when I ate my “All American “ the dog itself was hard, cold, and had a green tinge to it. The roll was hard and cold as well! My wife’s mozzarella sticks were under cooked, and her chicken tenders old and chewy! Bottom line: IT SUCKED!!! A complete waste of $22!! When I lived in Naples, FL, Sonic was my go to for dogs! The one in Springfield, MA is now my stay away from!!

Unfortunately this place needs to be shut down. It's been about 3 months and still they claim their famous ice isn't available so no chance of ordering drinks with nugget ice. Service is awful sitting in drive through for almost 7 min before someone said hello. Attitudes come in abundance and the supervisors and managers on shift care less. This place needs a clean up or a get the hell out of town. Period!!!!!

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The entire facility is falling apart, the dining room is always closed, the staff could care less about the business and or quality of food. This placed should be torn down. I honestly don’t recommend anyone coming to this place. I’m from down south and have never seen a sonic in this state of nastiness

This was a bizarre experience. I went to sonic for the first time ever. Ordered, paid, got drinks in the drive through, well here’s where it got weird. No food. I waited at the window for 35 min. NO FOOD. I ordered two hot dogs. You can’t make this up. I Nicely asked for a refund they said no problem and off I went. Does Sonic sell food? I’m still confused. And i won’t be back.

This is another classic restaurant gone under! The food is high priced and not worth eating! They will be closing this nasty place down soon. It's already run down and nasty. It's a shame because sonic use to be the place to go to for good smash burgers and hot dogs 🌭 it doesn't taste the same and the atmosphere is all wrong. No more skates. And no more happy welcomes.

Do not go to the stalls for picking up mobile orders - just go to the drive thru. The lobby doors are locked so don't try that either. Food was okay but way too much mustard.
