This is the second try at this location. We ordered ahead this time, checked in when we got to a stall, the order updated on the menu saying Honiel was coming with our order. After ten minutes, we pushed the button to see if we should come to the window. No one responded so we went to the window and got our food. The person handing out our food to us said nothing even though we thanked them as if they were doing a good job.

I had a $12 worth of food delivered ( 4 of all American combo, 1 was custom for a family member) ordered a strawberry milkshake for myself as well. and half was delivered , I was missing the milkshake and another combo . Tried calling the delivery driver and got nothing. This is the second time this place has messed up my order.😮💨

Where to begin... service took a very long time. Half the food was cold, other half over cooked. Missing items. Over priced and pricing was incorrect between the menu to what showed on the receipt. Flavor was off... onion rings tasted like cinnamon. Employee was vaping in the window while bagging food. Overall not a good experience.

Eat there at your own risk! First my order got screwed up! Then when I ate my “All American “ the dog itself was hard, cold, and had a green tinge to it. The roll was hard and cold as well! My wife’s mozzarella sticks were under cooked, and her chicken tenders old and chewy! Bottom line: IT SUCKED!!! A complete waste of $22!! When I lived in Naples, FL, Sonic was my go to for dogs! The one in Springfield, MA is now my stay away from!!

Great service at the Boston Rd. Location. The double smash burger is outstanding and with only 30 grams of carbs, it's my favorite cheat meal.
They don't service the car stalls, and they don't let you know that they can't service them.

Unfortunately this place needs to be shut down. It's been about 3 months and still they claim their famous ice isn't available so no chance of ordering drinks with nugget ice. Service is awful sitting in drive through for almost 7 min before someone said hello. Attitudes come in abundance and the supervisors and managers on shift care less. This place needs a clean up or a get the hell out of town. Period!!!!!

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The entire facility is falling apart, the dining room is always closed, the staff could care less about the business and or quality of food. This placed should be torn down. I honestly don’t recommend anyone coming to this place. I’m from down south and have never seen a sonic in this state of nastiness
