Went there for lunch today ordered a chicken sandwich meal, they asked me French fries or tater tots I chose tater tots but was given french fries and I asked for a large Coke zero and was given a medium regular Coke needless to say I'm not pleased and I won't Go back

What time are you open for breakfast...says 10am but we go at 1030 and still noone opens??? Adjust time on website if you not gonna be open. Don't waste people's time. This has happened numerous times!!!!

The crew that works here blow my mind I ordered two items just two and somehow they couldn’t even get that right. This entire staff either needs better leadership or training and a stricter no phones on the floor policy.

It's absolutely horrible. Drive though employee was completely rude when we went through the drive, though. When I said thank you when she pasted the food over, she rolled her eyes and said nothing. Asking for ketchup, she acted like completely inconvenient for my daughter chicken strips. Might be time to change the fye oil. Food was so grease it filled the buger wrapper. Couldn't even finish it was so gross. I felt that I was bothering them for even coming to eat. Which for 3 meals and over 40.00, I shouldn't feel that way. Never again will we eat there.

They never have ice cream at night. That's why I always leave the store and drive 15 minutes to go to the store and 15 minutes to return, I mean I waste 30 minutes of my time for nothing
Tried the new smash burger and it’s disgusting the meat isn’t seasoned and every bite I took I felt like throwing up.. it’s not a smash burger at all.

Visited this Sonic Monday (9/23) at 10:30pm , 1/2 hr before stated closing time of 11:00pm online . Met at the drive through with a “Are you doordash…?” , I answered no . The cashier , Kristan , stated “unfortunately , we are closed” I assured her that the store hours are open until 11:00pm , as it was 25 min before closed doors , and she turned her headset off and ignored me . After multiple back and forth a about trying to shut doors early from stated hours , she finally broke in and said “What do you want?” I’m professional , almost bully-like behavior without being dramatic . Unacceptable . Been a resident of Springfield , visited this place many times for a late-night shake and fries , and this place has gone down the dumps ! Unmaintained property , unfriendly staff , no passion for crazy prices ! 3.5 stars seems to make sense .
