Everything we ordered that was deep fried was over cooked. Dinning room is closed and you have to order at the drive tru. There is no car hop service. Too expensive for just two people.

My first time going to a Sonic, what a tragically miserable experience that was. The entire location is in a state of disuse and disrepair - plants growing through the cracks in all of the concrete like the place was abandoned, the exterior of the building is faded and unwelcoming, you can't even enter the building as it's permanently closed to the public and all of the drive-in displays are shut off. The only instructions you are provided with are to use the drive thru, which was manned by a single employee on site who was handling both the cooking and the drive thru.The tater tots were grainy and low quality, nothing like say Dunkin' Donuts' great hash brown bites. The only saving grace was that the garlic cheeseburger had plenty of garlic on it and the soda at least tasted like soda.

This store is an embarrassment to the Sonic name. Just took 30 minutes to pick up an order we placed online and it was still wrong (not the first time they have missed something on our small order of 6 items either). And you can not easily talk to anyone, they are not using the car hops and won't let you go inside. This store needs a management change desperately

The worst sonic. They never have what you want, they take forever and you’ll wait in the drive thru line forever. Their app is always down so forget it if you want the half off deal and they will not honor any discount knowing their apps are down. Overall every time I go here it is a terrible experience. New owners or something please

Definitely one of the worst fast food restaurants in the Springfield area. Long waits, poorly stocked, looks abandoned, constantly messing up orders. Not one positive visit in the last 7 times or so. Won't be missed when it closes.
Worst’s sonic I been to I was missing food from my order I let know and they just stood there staring I had to ask them if I could get my food and they told me to pull to the front I waited for a while and they never came out this place sucks definitely don’t recommend to

Didn't wait much so that was good , but when I got home , all the burgers was not all that , look like it was left all day , definitely not fresh at all , I ordered 3 Qbd give me only two ,and one like a regular burger, wasn't what I expected, and my Reba meal ,my burger didn't have the lettuce or tomatoes with mayo , just like a regular burger ... should have not went but I did , because I like how their burgers are but it's not the same anymore like it used to ... was looking forward for this but made my stomach not feeling well ... I wanted this because it been awhile since I been here ...I think I'll stick with the drinks instead, the ice cream was the best part...
