This starbucks was once the best store around, but now you got to wait 20-30min for your drink and even after a mobile order you are still waiting for your drink. Within the last month i had to leave without my drink multiple times (just a black iced coffe) They are always out of things and now they close their doors and you have to wait in the drive thru for “mobile order”..
They just get worse and worse and the coffee tastes awful. Paying $7 for a grande nasty coffee. Just robbing customers of their money. Never going to starbucks again. Just going to cut my ties for good.

Apparently light ice means fill my cup to the brim with ice. I asked for no berries and watched them pour two whole scoops of strawberries into my drink then pour the whole thing out. #don’trecommend
I asked for no I’ve gave me 2 inches off my drink I asked for more and she said no this location doesn’t do it. She’s just rude

This is a ROUGH location. Does not live up to the starbucks brand at all.
This is one of the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. The drive through is situated so that you get trapped in it and can't leave. I've sat in this drive through for more than 10 minutes more than once.
A lot of time there's beggars standing outside your car in the drive through. This is in just a terrible location for getting in and out of
I don't go here anymore and never will. Save yourself the stress and avoid this location

Simple instructions like extra iced etc. always ignored. My iced drink is not a iced drink after 5 minutes in winter time. Weird
Asked for chocolate croissants warmed. The employee shoved the bag at me I guess hoping that I already grabbed my drinks. The croissants were cold ( they did warm it up after I asked them to which is why the 3 stars instead of the 1). Second, I asked for a Venti and they bring me a Grande. Then when they do bring me my drink it’s the wrong one. Granted it is my fault for driving away without checking my drink( which I should not have to do). Not to mention the 15-20 minutes I spent waiting on my food. My receipt number is 722160. I never write reviews but my drink alone is worth $8:05.

I never write reviews but i was so surprised to see that there were wet coffee rests lying at the counter, specifically behind the coffee machine facing the customer. In general the whole place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I am a cool customer, but this is just disgusting really. For better or worse the employe greeted me friendly when i ordered, but there were more employees than customers and i had to wait 10 mins for a black Americano, which then tasted like hot water mixed with old beans from the garbage. Costed me 9$ for this coffee and a lemon cake slice. I should probably claim a refund, but was in a hurry. The cake was fine, but i guess that’s being delivered to them, so they can’t really be thanked for that. Sorry for the bad review guys, but that was it for me as a customer cause every Dunkin has better coffee and a 10x better value. Please shop manager before you start with your team tomorrow, clean the place.

I’m going to preface this by saying I’ve worked for Starbucks prior for years and currently work at a coffee shop and bring this with the empathy and understanding I can muster because customer service jobs are difficult/horrific. I came here because I’m in town for my dogs appointment and I first enter to use the bathroom, literally disgusting. Like it has not been cleaned in actual days if not weeks. I then proceed to wait in line, one person ahead of me. It seems busy so I just figured I would order a nitro. I was in line for like 10 minutes, long wait but that is out of their control per se (difficult customer or someone had a lot of questions). I place my order and give them my name. I have a weird name I get it. I said it and I spelled it twice for them. I then proceed to wait for my drink. I’m waiting about another 10 minutes and I noticed a manager I presume because of the button up and slacks, calls out a nitro for someone who ordered after me. Name and all. So I then go up to the order pick up counter and notice a coffee matching my order but the name not even spelled correctly. Which is fine but I was like well maybe they didn’t want to mispronounce my name so they just put it down. No they put Cory and didn’t even bother to announce the drink or the name on the cup and left it on the counter. How am I suppose to know that’s my drink or it was even ready. I’m not one to leave reviews but how frustratingly easy it would have been to have put some consideration and effort into the service you provide. I don’t go to Starbucks because it’s a disgusting company and union busting all that jazz and today was a mistake and a reminder of the effects of corporations who run their employees to the ground. I won’t be going to any Starbucks
