Starbucks

Yesterday i ordered some egg bites . After i received my order i asked for some sauce. One of the employees said “no problem let me get it for you”… but then was stopped by another customer. Another employee asked me if i needed anything and i said oh yes they’re getting me some sauce . This particular employee looked over rolled her eyes and grabbed the sauce from that employee and then proceeded to tell me “ next time order the sauce with your order because we count inventory “. I was so confused and told this employee that it’s never been an issue before and that there are times the sauce is already in my bag without me ever asking . She’s like “ no you need to order it next time “. Her demeanor came off really rude and if that is the case than everyone at Starbucks that are employees need to be on the same page because that is not my job as a customer to know the rules for how the store is run ! And perhaps speak to the customer in a different way next time !

I was just about to get a coffee, but I had a craving for coffee, and I waited 15 minutes. They couldn't make it. They wouldn't even refund my money and said they couldn't do anything. A black girl was working, a girl named Başak, and a guy named Başak. I was completely dissatisfied and didn't understand anything. You can have my money. I drink coffee at Starbucks all the time. I've never seen such a hassle-free place with such terrible staff. I don't recommend going here, and I was even late for work because of it.😑

Having Starbucks in the downtown is amazing !

The staff is always friendly and kind, the drinks are always made correctly and quickly, and the space is very clean with a good atmosphere. One of the best Starbucks I have visited.

The staff is great at this starbucks. I've been a regular for a while now and they are always pleasant and approachable. This is an example of some of the cool cup decorations/art from the store.

Since Starbucks open & try my first coffee it was good & now I have one every day 💚

Coffee is usually good. They have had very rude staff in the past at this location but lately they have been much better. Unfortunately the hours suck and they are frequently closed when they are supposed to be open.

Was here for coffee this morning the gentleman waiting on me was perfect. I explained to him if possible to brew the espresso in the glass cup they have instead of directly in the plastic coffee cup. The girl started brewing it in the plastic cup and he stopped her and I imagine explaining the details. I’m not exactly sure what was spoke about I assume she wasn’t speaking anything nice based on her side eye . This is the second time happened and this time I made a note . She was giving me attitude like I was asking for anything but what is rite . Correct me if I’m wrong those glass cups are there for a reason and brewing hot coffee in plastic is going to melt and leach the plastic in the coffee. She was being lazy and brewed in the plastic cup insof do the extra step in the correct device then . Morning of Tue /26 about 9am

Very slow service, waiting 20 min for a latte and an ice coffee!!!! They are rude and extremely disorganized, serving other people before me.
