Since Starbucks open & try my first coffee it was good & now I have one every day 💚

Coffee is usually good. They have had very rude staff in the past at this location but lately they have been much better. Unfortunately the hours suck and they are frequently closed when they are supposed to be open.

Was here for coffee this morning the gentleman waiting on me was perfect. I explained to him if possible to brew the espresso in the glass cup they have instead of directly in the plastic coffee cup. The girl started brewing it in the plastic cup and he stopped her and I imagine explaining the details. I’m not exactly sure what was spoke about I assume she wasn’t speaking anything nice based on her side eye . This is the second time happened and this time I made a note . She was giving me attitude like I was asking for anything but what is rite . Correct me if I’m wrong those glass cups are there for a reason and brewing hot coffee in plastic is going to melt and leach the plastic in the coffee. She was being lazy and brewed in the plastic cup insof do the extra step in the correct device then . Morning of Tue /26 about 9am

Very slow service, waiting 20 min for a latte and an ice coffee!!!! They are rude and extremely disorganized, serving other people before me.

Service was very slow, lots of items out of stock, no cold brew or cold foam. One attendant was very rude and unhelpful, constantly sighing and shaking her head at customers. For $26 including a 20% tip, This service is unacceptable. The one attendant was helpful in giving me a refund for the items that were not in stock and seemed to be doing ALL the work, kudos to her but it must be awful to work in an environment like that. Avoid this location.

I just went to this establishment to get the spicy dragonfruit drink and the service was horrible. Not only did they have my drink sitting out with no top on when they remade my drink it was so nasty it made my stomach hurt. Out of the 2 trips I have taken to this place both times service wasnt good. They should hire better staff that know how to work at a faster good pace and make the drinks accurately. The one in Target in enfield is the best starbucks ive been too. Even the one in Holyoke Mall is better than this place. Definitely need to be retrained. If the Manager had been there this time we would have had to have a nice long meeting about the staff. I have plenty of customer service experience so I know exactly how a customer should be treated and this wasn't a great experience. You only going one star because I couldn't give you 0

Bad service early in the morning. Barista didn’t know how to use register. Took way too long when store was empty. Avid early in the mornings.

This location chronically closes early. Just plan to get there an hour before closing.

I appreciate Casie and the entire team. Good spirit and very helpful, they also keep the cleanliness. I highly recommend this place.
