BUCKET FRESH STUDIOS

Very poor service. Excellent greeting when I got waited on for my order but waiting was another whole experience. Staff was paying no attention to my needs and seemed like they didn't care. It took 20 mins to make my drink
I expect that from dunkin donuts.

First of all the cashier asked for a tip even before the coffee was served. I asked for a latte, all I got what appeared and taste steamed milk. If I wasn't so far away I would have returned and asked for the money back. Terrible 😞

Everytime I walk into Starbucks, the staff are friendly and take my order rather quickly. I got a bacon sausage and egg wrap along with a melon burst sparked energy venti. The wrap was nice and hot and the drink was refreshing. It’s clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. It is a little expensive, I spent 14 dollars including the tip.

Went to the restroom and it smelled awful. As I approached the counter to order I noticed a few homeless guys basically camped out in the front of the store. Walked out without ordering anything. Unsanitary and gross.

Counter server barely looked up when we ordered. No tea on the menu, but the worst was the 50 fruit flies in the food presentation case and all around the place.

Depends on the day what you might get, today it was a raw ham and Swiss croissant and for my husband a still frozen in the middle bacon gouda sandwich. Isn’t this just microwaved? Can we leave it in for the full amount of time? This location isn’t even busy not sure why we’re rushing food to serve it raw and frozen. The coffee is also inconsistent depending on what time of day I go. Again seems rushed for the lack of business they’re doing. Slow down so I don’t get food poisoning, please.

Madi was the best part of my experience there. Very professional and her recommended drink was amazing. This store has a great asset and I hope they keep her around. I will visit more often. She was friendly and had good vibes even though the store was busy and clearly understaffed.

The way you all managed the active drive-thru window, multiple in-store orders, and mobile orders was truly impressive. You worked seamlessly together, finding innovative solutions and ensuring that every customer received timely and friendly service.

Special kudos to Madi for leading the team so effectively. I may not have caught everyone's names, but I witnessed the outstanding effort and dedication from each one of you. Your professionalism and positive attitude under pressure did not go unnoticed.
