Hands down the BEST Starbucks experience I’ve had in Springfield — and I’ve been to almost every one in the city. Jay and Alex are absolute stars. I came in with a 5-drink order and not only did they knock it out quickly and accurately, but they did it with incredible energy and kindness, all while juggling their closing routine like pros. Their efficiency and attitude truly stood out. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say this location tops the rest. Jay T. and Alex, y’all make this place shine!

This was my fave Starbucks till one girl ruined it for me. Coming from a funeral asked for a remake and she made my life so hard with 21 questions, used to brag about this Starbucks, some people shouldn’t be in customer service. You never know what someone is going through; make someone’s day brighter not harder.

Staff is rude and loves to talk badly about customers right there in front of you. It does not matter what you do, how polite you are or how much you tip. Every time I go in the batistas are rude and act like I am inconveniencing them. Madison is rude and stomps around grumbling and will stop working on your order if you upset her. There is one just one lovely gurl who is in culinary school. She is kind and has lovely customer service. The manager is also nice. That's it. The rest stand there a complain while you wait for your order. I have a very stressful job. I don't need attitude for ordering coffee. I spend fair amount of money 2 to 4 times a week never less than 10 dollars and ALWAYS TIP. Sometimes if I am.short I will go back and cash tip on top of my online tip. I know it sounds silly but I was really embarrassed and actually my feelings were a little hurt because this was MY Starbucks and now I have to find a new one. It sucks but I can't go back.

Coffe always tastes like water with milk ,it's horrible, and I was not only one but every time i order from this location. Coffee is watered down. I'm not going back there.

The fact that everytime I have gotten my stuff in drive thru and it seems like the person never does the cash right I'm always short changed it's like I can never do cash again because the drive thru cashier does not know how to correctly count money. From now on I will only do a card as I'm tired of telling the store over and over my issue. On top of that when I try and talk to them it's the only attitude and no I am in no way in a bad mood or nasty with them . Please Starbuck make sure your cashiers actually know how to count money it's ridiculous. Thanks

This is a great new location, right by the Connecticut river. The times we have been it hasn't been busy and we don't have to wait long for our orders. We like having the option to sit outside, and you can even cross over the bike trail and sit by the river and enjoy the view.
