Hands down the BEST Starbucks experience I’ve had in Springfield — and I’ve been to almost every one in the city. Jay and Alex are absolute stars. This is a great new location, right by the Connecticut river. The times we have been it hasn't been busy and we don't have to wait long for our orders. We like having the option to sit outside, and you can even cross over the bike trail and sit by the river and enjoy the view.
