We just celebrated my sister's bridal shower here. We booked the Vermont room. Everything was clean and organized. Food was good. Service by Nico was awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for a small gathering.

I attended with a large group in a separate room. The waitress was great, very quick and attentive, and the food was excellent.Parking: Many parking spots close by.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe that the dining room was wheelchair accessible.

Researched the place and found it intriguing. My server (Joshua) was ok. The hostess (hostesses) were not welcoming. Neither on the way out. Not one thanks for coming, hope you enjoyed, thanks, come again, etc., nothing. Guess I didn't matter to interrupt their conversation. I'm so use to southern hospitality, maybe it's different in MA; customer service can't be taught and retained; it has to be in your DNA to work in hospitality. Was sat in one area away from all the other patrons. Bad taste. My server didn't even know the hostess sat me there because he said I wasn't told you were here. Bad taste. After placing my order, the manner in which I was asked "did I want bread?," was not warm. I took it the norm is everyone is a local. Bad taste. A nice touch would've been to explain a little history being that it wasn't busy at the time, but no one went above and beyond. The food was phenomenal. The adult beverage was excellent. Posted will be the Caesar salad with salmon & the Washington Apple.Be mindful of Uber/Lyft. The alleged local drivers here are not so local. GPS will take you a different location and some Uber drivers are not so competent to find your location or care. So they cancel on you. I gave 1 driver thorough notes. He came drastically close, panicked, and canceled. Guess that's a MA thing as well.

About 70 family members gathered after a funeral for a family member. The buffet food was excellent. Every bit was cooked appropriately and loaded with flavor. Service personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean .

Prime rib was very tough and barely warm. Very disappointed. This is a classic dish that we were looking forward to. Took home to make soup. Mentioned to waiter but didn’t go any further. We expected someone else to check on us. Nothing.

We love dining in a bit of history. The Tavern is circa 1789 and was located in Prescott, Mass. It was moved to Storrowton Village in 1928 before the town, along with three others, was flooded to create the Quabbin Reservoir. We dined at 4:00 pm on a Thursday. The waiter was prompt and attentive. I had scallops, and my wife ordered Chicken Marsala. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We had a beautiful lunch buffet that included vegetarian dishes during Lent.

My children, who are just shy of becoming adults, and I have visited the Storrowton Tavern 3 times in the last month. Twice for dinner, and once for the Sunday buffet. All three times were excellent. The food was fresh, hot, served quickly, tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced for the quality and portions provided. My 18-year-old son tried scallops for the first time, and he’s now a scallop connoisseur. The breakfast buffet, which is available every Sunday, was amazing. There was an array of different items to choose from. Anything from fresh fruit, pastries, different versions of eggs, waffles as well as pancakes and French toast, meats and seafood. Everything we tried was tasty. We didn’t feel rushed and left very satisfied all three times. Josh, our server twice, was attentive, personable, and gave me a great recommendation on what to try from the menu. The atmosphere is very cozy for a home that was built in the 1700s. A lot to look at. I’ll definitely keep this on my list of great options when choosing to dine out with friends and family.

Very good food, but it is VERY noisy. Granted, it was Saturday night, the middle of the largest train show in North America, so it was nearly sold out, but there are ways to control noise they should look into. It was difficult for our party of five to converse. Our waiter was very good, attentive, making sure we were getting everything we wanted, all with good humor.Parking: .ore than enough parkingWheelchair accessibility: It appears thar all of ST is accessible.
