“I want to just put a review because I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee Julia or Julie who was extremely polite, I ordered delivery and my order came wrong with missing items I called the store and was met with perfect customer service solutions and a sincere apology. In the past I have received nothing but rude customer service at this particular store.. so this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Julie for handling that's well!“
“They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.
Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“
“1st time ordering on the app and will do more often! 4 footlongs for less than $30! And everyone loved them. All orders were exact and I was in and out in less than a minute. Very professional and clean and will be back.

“The food is good. My only suggestions is that they need to periodically dust the sign holders & ceiling fans as there's dust bunnies that collect up there. Also, need to regularly the ice machine out in back and the soda machine nozzles. I had a dead bug floating in my soda from when the worker gave me ice from the back. I got s new cup and i filled it with soda. It looked fine but when i opened the top a bit later to drink it there was tiny black specks all around the top rim. It was bad enough i ended up not even attempting to drink it and just threw it away. A couple months ago I had just put ice in my cup and when I left, I started eating it then saw something black floating like mold/ mildew sitting on a ice cube. I had to go back so he could get me clean cup with new ice from the back. For now I'll probably just stick with getting bottled soda. In conclusions, there's a couple that definitely need to be cleaned regularly.“
“The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“
“Good customer service and the food is always delicious. You have to be very specific about what you want though and pay attention or your order might not be exactly what you wanted. Either way I have always been treated well and will continue eating there.“
“Ummm all i can say is i know this the worst subways I ever been to no wonder they don't have a customer service number printed on receipt. I had to wait 10 min for my order to be taken and no one was in line most subway I'm used to having my sandwich made in front of me not this location she didn't want to cut onions so I could only get a couple im aware that this is the only spot to eat in train station the service doesn't have to be so poor“
“Went to the subway inside of pride next to MGM. A girl named Amanda made the sandwich. She was a trainee. Now my experience was a “5 star” one because of HER. She wasn’t fast by any means. But she was extremely nice, and she asked if I had enough of everything she put on. I hope she’s offered a permanent position. Need people like her that care.“
“I was assisted by 2 women today. Very prompt, respectful & professional. (I honestly didn't know exactly what I wanted) but they were both so helpful with recommendations and did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. They did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!“
