There’s typically only one person working at this Subway, maybe two on a good day, so if it’s busy when you walk in (more than 2 or 3 people ahead of you in line) expect to be waiting a while. That’s unfortunate, but it’s not the employees’ fault they’re clearly understaffed. I stop at this Subway fairly regularly as it’s right next door to my job and the sandwiches are always tasty and the employee behind the counter is always nice - much nicer than I would be if...

Ummm all i can say is i know this the worst subways I ever been to no wonder they don't have a customer service number printed on receipt. I had to wait 10 min for my order to be taken and no one was in line most subway I'm used to having my sandwich made in front of me not this location she didn't want to cut onions so I could only get a couple im aware that this is the only spot to eat in train station the service doesn't have to be so poor

This Subway is very similar to most others that I have seen. However, being in the iconic Springfield Union Station, one can grab a quick, healthy bite before boarding a bus or Amtrak or CTail train. Receive an educational history lesson by walking around the iconic station that has been lovingly restored and re-opened in summer 2017.
