Place was slammed on 12-13-24 and the two people working handled it impressively well. As soon as the rush was over they immediately cleaned the dining area and apologized about the mess. Very professional employees.

worst subway I've been. i went with my son, i ordered a foot long and 6 inches. they doesn't haven't meatballs, no cookies, he doesn't know the kind of bread, chicken was cold. doesn't have anything! i said oil and vinager and he asked me if the honey mustard and i said no. oil and vinager and he say doesn't haven't oil and vinager. totally disaster. not recommended.

Ordered food for my grandchildren - turkey - very skimpy and extra for bacon. Subs are mainly bread at this point. $3.00 for a cup for water. I placed an order on the app as it was a special and it came with two cookies (for the grandkids, of course!). I ordered from the subway on Columbus Ave, and it indicated that it was at the Basketball Hall of Fame where we were. I was told that the order was never received that it went to another Subway. Instead of promptly handling the situation the young lady kept telling me she was busy - we were the only ones in the restaurant. A man (I believe from the health department arrived) - I was then forgotten while everyone in my family ate and I had no meal. She told me that I could go the Subway where I placed the order (?) or order again. Then she said she would call her manager - Finally I said no thanks and left.
Yes, it's difficult to find help, but the customer comes first....in this case not at all....

Ordered 2 custom BLT’s for Delivery. Asked for Bacon Well Done, it was the opposite. Wasn’t warmed AT ALL. The sandwiches were very sloppy all together. Tomatoes had the stem pits in them, etc. Not a quality location, go the other side of Columbus Ave at Pride station. At least they try. Please do better

Showed up at 5pm and they were closed security said they closed at 3pm. Online said they closed at 9pm
The worse Subway I ever been. Dude didn’t take my order and I even said good morning and he just ignore me like I wasn’t even there trying to order and he just left to the back…. Unbelievable. I waited a bit and left with

This is not the correct address. If you order from here on your phone your food will go to a different subway location
$8 for a 6 inch with a few pieces of shredded Turkey, not even fully cut slices, 4 little pieces of onion, 3 little cucumbers and some lettuce. Terrible portions for the cost. Probably won’t ever go to a subway again. So many better mom and pop shops around.
The hours are wrong, should fix hours online came all the way over here for nothing

I ordered a couple foot longs through the app. I picked them up with relatively no problem other than not being very sure where the store was… The one teenager who was working was wearing earbuds while working… No big deal, I thought, since the order was on the app. when I got home, we realized the turkey sub had no turkey on it… It was a sloppy mustard and lettuce mess. I tried to call the store, but earbud kid certainly couldn’t hear the phone… That’s the only thing that could explain why my three tries went unanswered. I then tried to contact the corporate office and their response was “that’s a local problem contact your local store.” They had no interest in fixing the issue or even acknowledging it really. Subway, you are failing. I have not been back to a Subway since this happened which was about a month ago. I won’t go back.
WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Avoid the Basketball Hall of Fame location by all means. And if you order online and it doesn't come through, the manager will blame YOU for accusing HIM of lying. Then he will tell you to contact corporate for a refund (that was a lie). I finally had to walk away from his nonsense and he said not to come back! THIS is the caliber of service you will receive at this location.
This the most Irresponsible and unprofessional branch of all subways I've ordered in my time living in Springfield. They take orders then cancel them without notification and leave the grub hub driver without a clue on where to go and super unprofessional on the phone and also lying to customers about opening and closing time. As a business owner others wont care about businesses like their owners. These workers will mess up this branch with their bad customer service with cancelling orders and all that just to leave early. Grub hub is cancelling this branch for pickups because they did the same thing 3 times the same week one day right after the other.Stay away from this branch
It's a subway all right. 6 dollars for some flat bread and salami. My school bus also used to stop over at the basketball hall of fame but they changed the stop to somewhere else because some kids were "stealing things" (we never stole anything ever)My theory is that subway just didn't like kids sitting in the subway seats to wait for their parents so they just filed a complaint saying that we were being bad and stealing things.
