I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this establishment was beyond unacceptable. The management is absolutely disorganized, leading to a chaotic and unprofessional environment. The food was far from satisfactory—poorly prepared, lacking freshness, and questionable in quality. Honestly, it raises serious health concerns, and I strongly believe a food inspector should evaluate their kitchen and food safety practices.
Additionally, some of the staff were incredibly slow and displayed a lack of basic customer service skills. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the entire experience even worse. This place needs serious improvements in both management and food quality before I could ever consider returning. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered a footling grinder & footlong pretzel with sauce through the app for pickup on my way to work. I was given a bag with my order. When I checked it, there was only a grinder in it. I asked where my pretzel & sauce are & was told they are out of them so I should call for a refund on those. What? I ordered it & paid for it, now I have to waste my time to get a refund because of their failure? And why isn't their app linked directly to the stores so that out of stock items can't be ordered? And why can't customer service be reached in the app? This after all the other controversies is not tolerable. Subway just lost a customer forever.

To employees who read the orders made in different applications. So that the purchase arrives safely and the hungry customer does not get upset over poorly placed orders. Unfortunately I was the victim of a poorly made sandwich purchased by Doordash.

If I could put zero stars, I would I suggest to avoid going to the subway and go to any other one as long as Karen works there. She thinks she can make up her own rules and tell people that they do not accept the coupons except for certain sandwiches, which is completely not true the one on our street honored the coupon with no problem Corporate also confirmed that there is no certain list of sandwiches for the coupons. This is just Karen thinking she can make up her own rules. Completely rude a waste of time and I suggest if you want good customer service go to the army Street one they’re literally one minute away and more pleasant than ever .

Horrible Location, DO NOT STOP HERE ! There is no parking whatsoever. The Service I encountered was disgraceful. The employee working there had a terrible attitude when all I asked was to add Mayo on my sandwhich. I will never stop here again, I would never recommend this location to anyone.
