Last night visit was awful. I used to like this location. The lady who works there be on point but the younger gentleman unfortunately, he needs more training. He is nice but lacks the capacity of a fast food worker. Went in for mobile order over 30 minutes after still not prepared. Sandwiches left out stopped doing then when a walk in customer came in. At least that's what it looked like. He proceeds to take another 25 to make 2 grinders. That's entirely too long for fast food environment. I'm not happy about that and honestly the location has went to the trash.

This is a very sad Subway. 3rd and last time coming here. They barely have veggies and went this time around 11:00 am. It’s close from my house but I rather drive couple minutes to get a at least a 4 start service.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ON VACATION AND WE'VE BEEN IN SPRINGFIELD ALMOST 3 WEEKS & I'VE VISITED THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES! WELL TODAY WAS THE LEAST BIT PLEASANT!!! CHRIS OPENED UP QUICKLY ABOUT NOT SUPPOSED TO BE AT WORK TODAY...WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW HE. WAS DOING!!!! FROM THERE. FORWARD EVERYTHING HE SAID WAS SHITY! HE WAS SARCASTIC ABOUT THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION!!!! PLEASE DON'T CALL HIM IN AGAIN ON HIS OFF DAY!!! NEVERTHELESS THE YOUNGER GENTLEMAN IS THE BEST ❤I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME BUT HE DISPLAYS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I want to just put a review because I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee Julia or Julie who was extremely polite, I ordered delivery and my order came wrong with missing items I called the store and was met with perfect customer service solutions and a sincere apology. In the past I have received nothing but rude customer service at this particular store.. so this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Julie for handling that's well!

This place is sketchy and scammy. Will send coupons to customers in the mail and if the manager is there he will speak in another langue to the young girls working and then the girls will then tell u they can’t take the coupon. I am reporting this place to the police and the better business bureau. I truly worry about those poor young girls. I go to this subway quite frequently because my hair salon is across the street. Anytime I go in there and the manager is there, I always witness them being yelled at. I’m just sick of it.

EDIT: Corporate are liars and full of it by saying someone would reach out to me. No one did. Had to contact multiple times for an area manager or whatever to reach out only to completely ghost me after also providing lies.I'm trying to provide constructive criticism as possible here, but in all honesty I'm VERY upset. First and foremost, take notice of the picture I added to this review and if you squint very hard, after adjusting your magnifying glass, assuming you have one, you MIGHT make out what is supposed to be turkey on this sandwich.To be clear, and using the words of Subway themselves, at least in the app, I ordered a "Titan Turkey" #15 - and again, THEIR words, it's supposed to have 33% more turkey than their standard turkey sub. Read that again. I, however also opted to pay an ADDITIONAL $5 -PER FOOTLONG - since I ordered two to add DOUBLE meat. So already I've inflated my bill $10 extra. These sandwiches should have been absolutely overflowing with turkey and yet I'm disappointed, almost screaming inside because of the amount of money this came to even after using a BOGO reward.I don't know if this was some oversight that the employee missed clear instructions on how to properly make the sandwich or if it was some other unknown issue. The world may never know.Do better Subway.
