Sweet Spice Restaurant

First off, Ms. Veronica and her staff are incredibly welcoming. On top of that, she makes the best oxtail with rice and peas. I’m of Caribbean descent (Antigua & Jamaica), and I’ve never had Caribbean food this good until today. I’ll definitely be coming back—10/10!

Excellent food. Generous portions, even for a small-sized dinner. Didn't have to wait long at all for service or for your order to. Staff was super friendly. Please, please, please keep up with the good work!

Service was excellent, and portions were generous. Loved the jerk pork and stew peas! It’s always a must go to place for me when I’m in town. If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food, you won’t be disappointed!

The persons who are serving food need to take a culinary course in how to share so it is presentable to the persons who are spending their had earned money. I ordered some Friend Chicken with Rice and Peas.

Fried chicken was delicious. I was sad they forgot the cheese on my cocoa bread and cheese beef patty. Lady upfront was very welcoming although. Thank you.

I visited here with my family a few weeks back and the cashier (can't remember her name. We also met the owner) went above and beyond at closing time to ensure we got what we wanted. Food is a 10/10 highly recommend.

I usually come here but today the service was off point . There were some young ladies in the front that I usually don’t see there . . Food seemed rushed as well. My rice was over cooked and mushy and my oxtails were tough . The cabbage was good as usually but Usually you guys show and price but I was so disappointed today smh

I've been going to this restaurant for more than two years now. I am a critic and observer when it comes to customer service. It is definitely my go to spot for any Jamaican food. I have watched customer service improve,. I like the serious attitude the boss takes towards customer service. And the speed. They try very hard to get their customers in and out. I orderered nox tail with rice and a few beef patties. I was pleased with the portion and the taste. Keep up the good work.

I purchased food today from this place , and I was very disappointed. I ordered medium and was charged for a large . The food was cold , i ordered ahead and still had to wait. Food was not authentic. When I called to share my concerned it seemed they did not care. Don’t waste your time or money

got a large order of curry goat bones and a large order of oxtail bones. service was slow and unprofessional. never eating here again. Talk of the town is better.
