Manager clarine. Did not wanted to provide with her name spelling. She said i dont need her name but she is the manager on site. I placed an order and was cheated on 2 orders of fries. Order two large and was sent to small size. Fries were missing from box. The food arrived wet and semi cold. This was dinner unfortunately! Never again! Not the first time ive had issues

Right off the rip when the kids working there were taking my order, they rushed me, than when I pulled up to the window I over heard them inside talking about urinating in the floor drain in the kitchen... I had ordered 4 tacos and paid extra for extra cheese and this is what I got... Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Didn't want to go back and risk them tampering with my food.

Took 23 minutes to get two hard tacos and one soft taco. Several people working and huge orders were being filled for the drive through. I will go to a different taco bell from now on

Review Title: Disappointing Experience with My Recent Order
I ordered tonight from Taco Bell, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. This was my first time ordering after a very long time—possibly months or even years—and I was expecting more than what I received.
The main issue was the meat — or rather, the lack thereof. One photo from the restaurant’s website shows a generous serving, while what I received was almost non-existent. There was barely a thin layer of meat, which felt quite underwhelming.
Although I’m not angry, just disappointed, I did manage to get a refund through DoorDash. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to enjoying a Crunchwrap. I think I’ll give it a break for a while after this experience.

Quality of food was miles beyond every other Taco Bell I have been through. Crisp nacho fries, plenty of cheese in quesadilla, friendly staff, and quick service all made for a wonderful experience

My daughter and I came in and placed my order via kiosk. I literally waiting 15 minutes. When I approached the counter the guys making the food kept looking at me but none acknowledged me. Then I started showing my frustration and one of the workers came up and told me that I would have to wait a little more because the drive thru was really busy. In that moment I got mad and told them “ yeah drive thru is busy but I am part of that busy and I’ve waited for 15 minutes inside which is not right! I need my food “. They were literally telling me drive thru is more important. Within like a minute of telling them this I received my food. Not a great place!!!

The service was absolutely the worst I've ever seen. We stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone greated us or asked for our order. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't care if you wait 25 minutes for 3 soft shell tacos!!!!!

Food was good, staff was friendly, so far it looked clean. Waiting time for one Quesadilla of 20min is ridiculous! It was not crowded at all, but it just took forever.

So today I stopped by to use the bathroom and order some food. I asked the young lady to open the door and she said I had to pay for something I do not live in Massachusetts. I live in Connecticut. This just shows how you guys treat your customers and even people out of town Very uncomfortable. When I talk to the lady on the phone did not give me her name. She hung up on me and on top of it she did not want to give me corporate number feel like it’s very disrespectful very uncomfortable to go to this Burger King if they treat you with no respect there was nobody in line And all I want to do was use the bathroom and then order some food. I traveled at least an hour.
