Disrespectful staff don't get my order right. On top of that, they are ALWAYS OUT of menu items. They close the ability to order inside and don't let you order through the drive through on foot, even when those are no cars in the middle of the night, which every other store lets you do. Disrespectful, lazy, and crude.

Absolutely disgusted! Who ever worked 7/6 @ 1:40 am should never be allowed to prepare or serve food ever!!! My order was all wrong. Missing items and added items that I specifically requested not to be in my order. My drinks were incorrect. My quesadilla was only cooked on one side. My bowl had guacamole that I requested not be put in my bowl, y rice had hard pieces, as if it was scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I was missing my jalapeños. I also received some roach looking things that I assumed were supposed to be my black beans. Food grows bacteria after a few hours and should be changed out to avoid getting anyone sick. How can anyone put this in you food and think this is ok??!! $50 later....how dare you!

Got charged a ridiculous amount for my order and more than half of it didn’t come, on top of which all substitutions made due to strict dietary restrictions were ignored and not implemented, rendering the food that did come inedible. I contacted support about 5 or more times and have not heard back even though I was supposed to hear back within 24 to 48 hours. Don’t waste your money

At 10:46 pm I was placing a quick mobile order at the window, after letting the order taker know he was extremely unprofessional & told me that I can’t place my mobile order, he told my family it was HIS drive-through & that we needed to go around in line again, mind you the order was just a cheese roll up & a small order of Nacho fries with one person behind me. I’ve never had any issues in regards to placing orders online, I specified I was just a regular order not DoorDash & he doubled down & gave me attitude while calling me boss? Very disappointed we ended up canceling the order leaving to eating somewhere else. Hope that gentleman has a better day tomorrow

Sunday May 4, 2025 5:57pm my family and I dine-in and one of the burritos 🌯 literally had a black spider 🤢🤮in it. But as always the service at Breckwood Blvd, is always horrible. The drive-thru service gets their food always before the customers inside!!! The wait time to get food is always slow. Order at 5:57pm received food at 6:37pm counted literally 10 cars past through the drive-thru before my family got there food. For me, I asked for a refund, I couldn’t eat there. TACO BELL PLEASE 🙏🏾 DO BETTER!!! At least you could’ve gave my niece the Burrito 🌯 free!!!

We had coupons from the Thunder birds for a free taco. the manager told his workers we had to make a purchase to get our free taco. I've been to other taco bells and never had this happen. I had to spend 3.00 to get our item.
