So this is what Taco Bell’s workers do steal time.
Came in today around 11:50 pm and they purposely weren’t taking orders they were ignoring the drive through and locked the door no sign and had people inside the Taco Bell laughing it up together I’m gonna send this to the manager.

My husband ordered through the drive thru and paid for two steak crunch wraps. Unfortunately it wasn't steak they put sausage.... Sausage and steak look totally different.

The guys working the store were in great moods, and it was a nice reflection on the restaurant.
I went through drive-thru and placed my order, when I got to the window it was not a pleasant experience.
It was raining and they have no awning, so we got wet, our bags of food got wet. All of your exchanges are done in whatever weather is happening at the moment.
Parking: They have a small parking lot directly at the restaurant, but a gigantic parking lot behind them that is used primarily for the other businesses in that area.

They don’t even greet you in here. I’ve been standing here for 11 minutes already waiting for anyone to take my order or even acknowledge me. Who knows how long the poor guys in front of me have been here but they say they haven’t been helped either. The employees just keep peeking at us from around back and every time we call someone they say hold on and whisper to the other employees about it. Idk if anyone here is a manager, but he sure as hell ain’t managing. This is an everyday situation at this location. Definitely the last time I come to this location..

I went to this location last night for dinner. I ordered 3 combo meals and when I asked for large drinks, they said they were all out of large and medium cups and it would be small cups only. I said it would be fine e and asked them if they were going to adjust the price and they said no. So I am supposed to pay for a large drink and get a small ? This is ridiculous ! I left the drive through and will not be back. What a joke.

Advertising to close at 200am but the manager working March 20th wed say they always close at 145 I pulled up at 150 location needs to update your closing
Sadly I paid a total of maybe $4 in add ons for all my food combined but didn’t receive a single one of them. I like veggies and such on my food, I also don’t care for the beef whatsoever so I substituted for the more expensive steak. What’s frustrating is that I see the slip with all the add ons taped to the bag but not a single one of them was honored?. It just makes me sad to see my money go to waste but the service was nice!

So I’m an emt and I had placed an order but just as I did I had gotten a call and I came back 2 hrs after and they stated they can give me a refund or they could remake it bc it’s cold. The manager was so kind and understanding. Definitely made me feel better. Go WILLLLLLL and his team!!!!!
