I order food for my work break and head to the counter. I am waiting for my food and it takes longer than usual but i was that is fine. Then a lady walks in closing my bag of food, her hands have clearly been in there. She gives it to the empolyee, he tell the other empolyee that that was my food. And the other one said, to simply rebag it, instead of remaking it as i clearly wouldn't know. That is disgusting specially that i had order nacho fries and those are exposed so if lady had hands in the bag she clearly touched them. They give me the food instead of remaking it. I left the bag there, and left. My break was almost over i had wasted my time due to their mistake and couldn't eat it due to there sheer lack of care for hygiene. Truly disappointing.

They lock the door and only allow does orders for people in drive through, i am a duggan student and when i tried to go inside the doors was locked, and the next day i tried to run when school ended but when i got there it was already locked.

Disrespectful staff don't get my order right. On top of that, they are ALWAYS OUT of menu items. They close the ability to order inside and don't let you order through the drive through on foot, even when those are no cars in the middle of the night, which every other store lets you do. Disrespectful, lazy, and crude.

Absolutely disgusted! Who ever worked 7/6 @ 1:40 am should never be allowed to prepare or serve food ever!!! My order was all wrong. Missing items and added items that I specifically requested not to be in my order. My drinks were incorrect. My quesadilla was only cooked on one side. My bowl had guacamole that I requested not be put in my bowl, y rice had hard pieces, as if it was scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I was missing my jalapeños. I also received some roach looking things that I assumed were supposed to be my black beans. Food grows bacteria after a few hours and should be changed out to avoid getting anyone sick. How can anyone put this in you food and think this is ok??!! $50 later....how dare you!

Got charged a ridiculous amount for my order and more than half of it didn’t come, on top of which all substitutions made due to strict dietary restrictions were ignored and not implemented, rendering the food that did come inedible. I contacted support about 5 or more times and have not heard back even though I was supposed to hear back within 24 to 48 hours. Don’t waste your money
