Went there with 12 people spent $547 total on 2 lanes for 2 hours including drinks and appetizers. Not only did our lanes not work correctly with keeping score, adding extra pins etc. the staff was incredibly rude!!! Upon notifying them the lanes inconsistencies, we were told we were “too aggressive” when asking for help. Not to mention on the way out a waitress WHO WAS NOT OURS grabs security to “kick us out” because someone “yelled at her” when in reality she WAS NOT our waitress and NOBODY talked to her. Will not be wasting money or time here ever again, I’d advise you don’t either.

Food is good and priced right. service is slooooooooow. Seated right away. about 1.5 hours total time in and out for 2 dinners. Seemed like they had plenty of help but food took a long time. Long wait for the check to come and even longer wait to get someone to run the card. Was like being on island time. Maybe there were more tables somewhere I could not see that they had to take care of? If not , really no reason for the slow service.

We stopped into MGM after errands. We waited 40 mins to be seated which was reasonable for a Friday night. The dinner took an extremely long time for one dip and two rare temperature burgers. The server was very nice and attentive so that comment is not regarding the service. The spinach dip lacked flavor and salt . The mushroom swiss burger was also boring. The mushrooms were canned not sauteed and bland. For 71$ and 2 hours it was not worth the visit.

I like this place a lot, been a bunch of times, no complaints about anything at the bar or restaurant always a great experience.The bowling needs one thing though the lanes had no oil at all, anybody that wants to throw a hook needs some oil.Hopefully someone at taps sees this, you don’t need some big machine to do this you could put it down with hand tools considering there aren’t 30 lanes it wouldn’t take to long, like twice a week would be plenty.This is such a small thing to fix.

The service we received was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!After being seated, we waited for 15 minutes for a server to take our order. Took over 30 minutes to receive our food. When we received our food, we did not have any silverware on our table. We asked the server for silverware. 5 minutes went by and we asked the server again for silverware. Another 5 minutes went by and we asked another server for silverware. Finally after 15 minutes we received our silverware, but by then, our food was cold. Just AWFUL service.....
