As a 63 year old adult, they sat me in a little chair at the end of the booth my friends sat. They should have recognized how uncomfortable I was and offered different seating for the group. The boneless chicken was dried to the point of wood. Ugh! So disappointed. My favorite, fried pickles, were soft and mushy. Springfield's Texas Road house sucked! Go to Hadley's TRH... sooooo muchhhhh, bettttter!

If I could put negative I would. We Been coming here for years and today was the last time. This place has sunk horribly. I have never been given clearly visible broken dishes with food on them dam shame. These dishes went by multiple eyes and still ending up at the table, It was my plate (adult).But what if it was a child’s plate, or blind person or someone with a disability. This is a safety issue, how poorly trained is the back and front of house for the dishes to be grabbed, prepped, checked, and then dropped. This wasn’t no small broken piece it was bigger then a quarter. I understand it gets busy but properly trained well trained cooks, servers, bartenders all would notice it. The lack of safety, carelessness, common sense, and lack of just paying attention is wild to me. I have worked years in the food industry smh. I also tip 21%, but I’m sorry imagin had to get less 15 or 10%. I’m not completely sure the exact percentage cuz my husband paid. I wanted to leave 3% for the fact the my child almost could have had that plate and my husband got a chipped glass from the bar. It was like u guys wanted a lawsuit from someone consuming glass. SMH u guys need to retrain the crew. Back and front of house.

The to go order link does not work all the way through to order. I waited 18 minutes for some one to answer the phone before I tried to order through your link. Didn't work. Very frustrating that nobody at TRH knows how to work the app.

Kid-friendliness: Very Kid Friendly And Understanding Wait Staff.
Food and service have both been good. I like that they use chilled plates for the salads. I also appreciate that they seem to work as a team. If your food is ready it may not be your server bringing it to you, it may be someone else but that means they don't let the food sit if your server is not available.

Fast food grade food for price of fancy restaurant. Everything cheaply made, steaks are reheated and stale, onion and muahroom cut by somone who is cooking for the first time. Yeah they have to serve so many people at once they cannot possible cook quality food, but still the charge as if they know how to cook. Loud music and too many people make is impossible to talk. giving two start instead of one becuase waiters are working hard and service is good.
