Never disappoints. Excellent food, staff, drinks, and atmosphere. Use the app for call ahead seating during busy times. It is one of our favorite places for dinner, appetizers or margaritas.
If 0 stars was an option I’d give that. Ordering take out here is never pleasant and at this point I never will again. The mobile ordering system used to have the option to order a different side with a burger but that option disappeared a long time ago so I used to call to place my order so I could ask a person to make sure I got what I wanted.Last time I tried this, I was told that I needed to place the order myself anyways and when I expressed the reason why, I was told to wait on hold for someone who could “handle this” and then hung up on. I did call back and it happened again. Obviously I ate elsewhere.This past time, we were going to get Panera for an easy night out, but for the price and the fact that we’re always still hungry later, we said- “let’s try Texas Roadhouse again. We’re never hungry after that.”So I ordered myself via mobile, went to go pick up my food at the window and waited for a person to appear and they never did. So I went inside to the “order” station and waited almost 10 mins before a dishwasher finally came out of the kitchen and asked if I’d been helped and I said “no I’m just picking up my order” He got someone to help me and when the lady came out she told me to check my bag. I did, it was missing buns so I asked for buns. Everything else appeared ok but it’s also very dark in the restaurant and I couldn’t see well. The fries looked skimped on so I asked if that’s really all it come with and I was told “everything is portioned, it looks correct”…I should have opened the bins because I got home to realize that not only did the burgers look both burned and like they were microwaved, but my $23 steak was undercooked and had two sides of onions for a side rather than potatoes. I brought the meals home and my family asked me if I ate their fries on the way home…what’s in the pictures is all that it came with. It doesn’t even come with a pickle anymore.Honestly very disappointed and pathetic service. I have worked multiple food and customer service jobs and never was I taught by my managers to leave a counter unattended or be so short with customers. I understand short staffed or busy nights, but it was not busy and regardless, if you’re going to decrease portion sizes THAT much, you’re throwing your money away now on bins that are wayyyyyyy too large for your portions. May have saved pennie’s but you’ve lost a customer. I almost went back for a full refund but it wasn’t worth the cost in gas or my time going back. Not happy, never eating here again.

Went on a Sunday night and it was packed. The food was good. The service was great. It was suuuuper loud, and got louder every now and then for people’s birthdays.

Pleasant, pro at intake...25 min wait,contact by cell...got back to my car, she had already called to say "table ready".My love and I guided to our table, Waitperson patiently waited and returned as we weren't told menus on far end of table.Placed orders, requested salads first,separate from meals..done and delicious, fresh.Italian dressing best.Orders arrived, Margarita we shared very good.Entrees arrived perfect..salmon,with baked sweet potato, she said was excellent. I had ribs Full rack piled high...with Texas fries, well done as ordered.Only or 2 complaints...too many returns by wait person, to my liking, intrusive...then, we were done..suddenly he disappeared. We waited and waited to get our bill.Her treat..otherwise, I would have left little or no tip.

My Steak comes with a baked potato with butter and sour cream. I get a salad because of that potato ! And Always a Class Of Diet Coke !!! Oops Not Any more!!!! because Texas Roadhouse switched to Coke Zero !! A totally different flavor it's rolls the whole flavor of your meal. It's sad please Texas Roadhouse do us all a favor Go Back To Diet Coke !!!!!

I am giving this a 1 star review in hopes to change a recent change at Texas Roadhouse in Springfield Ma. They have discontinued Diet Coke. And have substituted in Coke Zero. For my Diet Coke fans this is a life changing choice. I am extremely upset. I hope management/ owners can quickly resolve this and bring Diet Coke back to the menu.

If you’re looking for a rude waiter like Taylor (white guy with glass) that’s your guy! The dude approached me basically harassing me because I went the bartenders that my wife and I always go to saying “she is not your server I am I already told you I’m not serving liquor too your wife”. For him to go out of his way and approach me trying to be confrontational is beyond crazy. He needs better training. Makes me not wanna go back again. Sad cause I go there literally almost every week.
