Okay so to be fair I’m not blaming the waiter , he was doing the best he can. But they definitely need an all day training on how to better service, times and efficiency. Coffee was bland, food was cold and could use more seasoning wait time was absolutely crazy! No alcohol in this location so if u looking for mimosas It’s a NO GO, I hope they get it together , it has potential but they need lots of help. (Springfield location)

Don’t go to this establishment. They claim to be full service but want you to order from a QR code that DIDNT even work when I tried to order. They have zero physical menus to look at and more time is spent making these nasty sugary drinks that are so sweet you can’t even drink them. They don’t have a liquor license and I’m not surprised because the place seems very shady. Don’t waste your time and money.

This place is NOT The Place 2 Be. The best part of the visit was kind and friendly staff. Our server Tatiana was very attentive and friendly. We had a party of 10 at 5:00 on a Friday night and we walked into an empty restaurant, ate for over an hour, and left an empty restaurant. Place was a ghost town. First thing we notice is a big “NO ALCOHOL” sign as soon as we walked in the door. We don’t drink much so this wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Our party of 10 spent $215 for dinner and to say the food was disappointing is an understatement. The sandwiches and burgers were downright bad. Very plain, plain white bread, small portions of meat, old vegetables on them, just bad. I got Mac ‘n Cheese, which is hard to screw up. It was awful. Definitely boxed Mac n cheese with some fried chicken tossed on top that had some franks red hot on them. Onion rings came out looking sad, nothing like the picture on the menu. One person said their quesadilla was “ok” and that was the best food review out of our party of 10 people. We came for my son’s birthday, he chose the restaurant. I want to say thank you to the whole 4 staff members that were here, who treated us well. Outside of good staff, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything. This wasn’t my first time here, but it will certainly be my last. They’ve clearly gone way down hill.

There was an amazing amount of food provided at decent prices. Be careful when ordering the hot chocolate, it is HUGE! I was expecting a small cup and they brought me a tricked out mug. It was delicious.

My party came in and initially wasn’t told that being a bigger party, there’s an automatic tip. Without realizing this on our own, we accidentally tipped double. We realized after we had left so we called to make it right, after being told we were going to be connected several times and we were not connected, the manager was able to take the phone. Her name was Ali and is the only person that gave me the time of day on the phone. She was so nice and able to refund the extra part of the tip. THANK YOU ALI, she made my day??

Friends and I decided to go to “Place to Be” in Springfield MA, after an event. Atmosphere appeared to be cute and clean, but we had a terrible experience there. 1. no booze was being served ( we think their license got revoked/ they forgot to renew) so most of their drinks were not in stock. Big disappointment. 2. service was the overall the biggest issue. Our server most definitely put in our orders wrong ,we were getting food sent to the table that we didn’t even order. Our drinks came out hot … when we asked for iced, and it took more than 15 min for 2 pepsis to be brought ….”Our food ( for 6 people) made it to the table before our drinks. To give y’all some perspective. Food also was not hot. I personally ordered blueberry pancakes… pancakes were cold , not fluffy, rubbery to cut through and the blueberries were on top…. not in the pancakes themselves…. so wierd. I could have gotten better ones at a dinner. My coffee came out hot , when i asked for it iced but was charged for a hot laté … We were there for a total of 2 hours because service was so slow. Then when paying we were given the option to pay at the register ( probably so our waitress did not have to keep coming back and fourth). Everyone said their food was sub par for the price. There were also little nats/ bugs flying around our food …. will not be returning and I don’t think my friends ever will either. Save your money/ maybe don’t go to this specific location. My hope is that they work better on staffing and organization between kitchen and server. I felt horrible for the food runners.

First...they lost their liquor license so NO liquor at all. Waiter was quite nice. Kitchen was THE WORST. Every order except 1 from the 7 in our party was either wrong, not what it was described or missing a major ingredient of 2. Franklin Stuufed French Toast ordered with Nutella came out with cream cheese. Medium Cheddar burger came out as 2 burnt smash burgers on a roll. Pesto chicken sandwhich came out with no pesto. Ceasar Salad had no croutons. Bacon waffle chicken sliders came out with plain waffles and no bacon. Omelet was overdone and paid extra for sweet potatoes fries came out as old, burnt home fries. Each item came out separately... we would try to get waiter to give us what we needed but after the 3rd wrong order we were laughing incredulously and gave up. Kitchen staff must have been partying on some pretty heavy substances in the back. Absolutely absurdDO NOT GO!!!

Ordered a couple egg brunch items via GrubHub. Food was tasty, nothing incredible. With 2 items, they got 3 things wrong with the order: missed a side, and 2 topping that were supposed to be on one item weren't there (pico and bacon). Called the store, spoke to the person, said they'd pass on the notice, didn't bother to ask or suggest how they could make it right. I'll skip this place next time, especially for the prices.

Food was incredibly mediocre. The Steak and egg omelet had no seasoning, the home fries were not crispy in the slightest, and the scrambled eggs were oily and flavorless. Don't go here.
