I'm 30 years old now and have been eating their pretzels since kindergarten. There is nothing dry about them at all. They have been consistent from day one and, I know they will be for another 25 years. ??

went there noticed that the price i saw charged didnt match there sign they said said it was old sign i said according to mass the price marked is one you have to charge and then she just stopped talking and ignorded the fact she over changed and was rude . if you gonna list a price dont add an exta 30% to price and just say old sight you put out the sign that morning that would have been tome to modify it with places like yours in the mall no wounder its struggling to stay open

Idk what the little balls of goodness they serve here are (they're definitely not pretzels) but whatever they are they are INCREDIBLE. I know it's insane to think a dump like the eastfield mall has good pretzels but PLEASE give them a chance

The pretzels are very dry and don’t really have a lot of flavor. I’ve had way better pretzels. The cinnamon sugar one isn’t bad, just wish it wasn’t so dry. It could’ve been a lot more moist and soft.
