It deeply saddens me to express our recent experience at the establishment, where my daughter was treated in a way that left both of us disheartened. The manager's behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, disregarding the courtesy everyone deserves, especially when a misunderstanding arises.

We love the food there. We had hibachi for 2. 3 sushi rolls. 2 orders of crab rangoons. Numerous drinks. Soup and salad. Ademame. We enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is so kind.
Horrible customer service, I witness a waitress humiliating a customer who didn't include a tip with her payment. Literally told her she forgot to add her tip, the young lady advised that she didn't add it because all she had enough for was the meal. The waitress got the manager & everyone got to witness the manager yell at this young woman. I was mortified for that young lady.
