Tower Square Hotel Springfield

Rooms had an old fashioned vibe, they were doing construction in the building so heard really loud noises out of nowhere that were scary...

although we have stayed at this hotel before , this new stay was indeed terrible. The hotel is under renovations and should not be open during this time if the basic accomodations cannot be provided...... the lobby was closed and we registered at a small hole in the wall area near the back door . There was no hot water in the shower either at night or in the morning and we were told from the staff we complained totheyhad no idea what was goiong on at the hotel. In addition, there was a party going on in the next door room with very loud music and activity and it seemed liked alot of people. We called twice (one time after 10 pm ).... we could hear a security person banging on the door but not much changed after the visit. This went on until after 1 am. No one followed up with us at all. It seems as if the hotel cannot the basic necessities like hot water and quiet time during renovations they would be better off closing during this time........not a good experience!!!!

Staff were nice. But it wouldve made much more sense to close the hotel completely fir renovations when they switched management. Because it's a complete mess.

Affordable rooms. The service was great. The room was very clean and cozy.

It's not the same as the Marriott hotel

I wish I got to experience the entire hotel before they started renovation...but the location is perfect (downtown) my view from my room was amazing and I cant wait to go back after the renovation is complete!

how do i get a executive suite ?

they need to make sure the towels are clean before putting them in the room.

No clean running water. The manager Rowan responds by saying you have to let it run longer. The water ran for 5 mins and it was just as dirty. I could not shower or brush my teeth. Filth!!!

My stay was comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. Only concern was that it was very loud and disruptive over the weekend.other than that I'd stay there on my next trip

This place is AWFUL!!! Rooms smell of cigarette smoke even though you sign a non smoking waiver at check in. No amenities at all and there was the constant odor of pot smoke on the 7th and 8th floor as well. Would have preferred sleeping in my car. Would never stay here again. Staff not very helpful with placing families together in adjoining or adjacent rooms even though rooms were blocked and requested weeks in advance.

I have been all over US, west, east, north, south, I have never felt unwelcome as I felt here.

Very nice place they put on a great Breakfast with Santa

I ended up here after the place across the street was overbooked and sent me here. I was very glad that they had a bed. It was clean, but dated, and needed some sprucing. Not a place for a special occasion. But fine.
